Scope of Work: Demounting , repairing and fitment of damaged front railings, RHS railings and diagonal ladder railings with mounting plates, RHS footstep railing , LHS footstep platform with railing and mud-flap of CAT789D, 190T Dumper Sl No. CAT-948 and Demounting , repairing and fitment of damaged engine guard , LHS emergency operator footstep platform assembly , diagonal ladder with its railings and grease container mounting platform of CAT789D, 190T Dumper Sl No. CAT-968 at NWS Nigahi Project. Maximum likely numbers of manpower required will be four per day.

Note : Welding electrodes, Industrial gases and other old scrape plate, old converyor belt etc. as per requirement will be provided by NCL.

Repairing of accdidently damaged items of CAT-948 : Scope of work : Demounting , Repairing and fitment of damaged front , RHS railings along with ladder railing, RHS footstep railing, LHS footstep platform with railing and LHS mud flap.

Cost / charges for demounting , repairing and fitment of front RHS railing along with ladder railing including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc. charges (labour consisting of Skilled Welder, Skilled Fitter and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Charges for denting of railing flat plate size 3'x1 = 3 sqft and 0.5' x 20' = 10 sqft. ( Total 13 Sqft.)

Cost / charges for demounting , repairing and fitment of RHS footstep railing, LHS footstep platform with railing including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc. charges (labour consisting of Skilled Welder, Skilled Fitter and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Charges for denting of footstep platform and railing flat plate size 2'x1.5 = 3 sqft and 0.5' x 10' = 5 sqft. ( Total 8 Sqft.)

Cost / charges for mud guard flap dismantling , strip cutting and hole making after that mud guard setting in size and fitting in the machine including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc. charges (labour consisting of Skilled Welder, Skilled Fitter and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Hire charges for welding machine with accessories for the above mentioned job

Repairing of Accidental damaged item of CAT-968 Scope of work : Repairing of damaged engine guard assembly , LHS emergency operator foot step platform assembly , diagonal ladder with its railings and grease container mounting platform.

Cost / charges for engine uard dimantling and after denting , etting and fitting in the machine including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc. charges (labour consisting of Skilled Welder, Skilled Fitter and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Cost / charges for demounting of grease container with its mounting platform and fitting in the machine after denting of platform including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc. charges (labour consisting of Skilled Welder, Skilled Fitter and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Cost / charges for dismantling , repairing and fitting of damaged LHS emergency operator footstep platform assembly and digoanl ladder with its railings including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc. charges (labour consisting of Skilled Welder, Skilled Fitter and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Charges for denting of emergency side operator footstep flatform and diagonal ladder with railings flat plate size 4'x1.5' = 6 sqft. , 0.5' x 10' = 5 sqft. ( Total 11Sqft.)
