Earth work in cutting in ordinary soil,(non abadi part) excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20'') in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm (8") layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m (5fts) lifts and 30 m (100") lead, there earth from cutting to be used in making filling or to be deposited as spoll banks within 30 m distance as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Providing laying and spreading 10 cm thick granular sub base material on aprerared sub grade adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of sub base as per UPPWD Rate Analysis order -814/CZKam/802CZ/2018 dt- 07/09/2018.

Providing laying and spreading 14 cm thick granular sub base material on aprerared sub grade adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of sub base as per UPPWD Rate Analysis order -814/CZKam/802CZ/2018 dt- 07/09/2018.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor @ 0.20 to 0.25 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hyddraulic broom as UPPWD rate analysis.

Providing laying & rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggrrgates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat-C as per MORD technical specification clause 508 Case -II BY Mechanical means.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification MORD Specification no. Clause 510 as per Data book item No. 5.12(B) case-III Type-C.

Earth work in filling in mar, kabar, rankar and kankar mixed soil with all lifts & lead upto 1.00 km including dressing making profile and manual compaction including all cost of soil, labour and T&P etc.

Hiring 01 No. Diesel Jeep/diesel car/Taxi with its driver and maintenance including cost of diesel (which is to be calculated @ 1 liter/10 km) as per SOR.

Provision of skilled labourer (Mate) for supervision of work during construction at site.
