Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, Windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standared tublar sections/appropriate Z sections and other approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285 fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gapes at junctions , i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle , aluminum snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P brass/ stainless steel screws all completed as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer -in-charge ( Glazing panelling and dash fastners to be paid for separately)

For shutters of doors, windows and ventilators incl. providing and fixing hinges /pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separetely) powder coated aluminum minimum thickness of 50 microns)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board ( conforming IS: 12823 Grade-I type-ii) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors , windows shutters and partitions , frames with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer incharge

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing & fixing glazing in aluminum door, windows, ventilators, shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge ( cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic items)

With floating galss panes of 4.0 mm thick (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing glass panes of thickness 5mm (weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm)

P/F structural glazing of powder coated aluminum conforming to IS: 733 & IS: 1285 same work with 5mm thick reflective glass (saint Gobin) panelling fixed with frame work with 3mm pressure taps sillicon filling to make water proof etc. incl. all fillings and fixtures etc. complete job.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufactures IS: 6315 marked , having brand logo embossed on the body/ plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125Kg for doors including cost of cutting floors embeding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S sheet outer box with slide plate etc.complete as per the directions of engineer incharge with stainless steel cover plate manimum 1.25mm thickness

Filling the gap in between aluminum frames and adjacent RCC/Brick/Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer incharge complete

upto 5mm depth and 5mm width

Providing and fixing aluminum tubular handle bar 32mm outer dia, 3.00 mm thick and 210 mm long with s.s screws etc complete as per directions of engineer incharge

Powder coated minimum thickness 50 mircron aluminum tubular handle bar

Providing and fixing brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminum doors including necessary cutting and making good etc complete

Cement concrete of flooring (1:2:4) 1 cement 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate finished with a flooring coat of neat cement including cement sluarry and curring complete, but exceluding the cost of noising of steps etc complete

50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement sand plaster on the rough side of mix (1:6) ( 1 cement:6 fine sand ) including scafolding and curring etc at level 0.45 mtr upto 11.91 mtr

Providing and applying white wash with lime to give an even shade on new work including scafolding upto level 11.91 mtr( three or more coats) outer side of building.

Applying priming coat with ready mix pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard and soft wood)

Providing and applying painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Including scafolding etc at level 0.45 mtr upto 11.91 mtr.
