Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour siliding window three track made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mmx52mm) , sliding sash (42mmX67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm X 57mm) Sliding interlock (One Vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm X 28mm), Glazing bead ( 24.5mmX16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners ,including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainge of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. Note:- The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured lor payment purpose.

S&F of steel windows or ventilators, fixed type, with glazing bars etc; complete all as specified and diected.

S&F of factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

S&F of factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

M&L for framed work as in post, doors or gates and chowkhats of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, purlin, truss etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening conforming to GdeFe 290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (anythickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.
