Providing stay wire (Green colour sleeved one) with good quality PVC single phase reels (3 nos/Mtr) housing the existing single phase/ Three Phase submain wiring with Bi-Metallic Clamp for fixing the 7/18VIR wire as required and connecting them at both ends of quarters ie. At metering board and existing TNEB LT post including remiting the necessary charges for Service wire replacement to TNEB and co ordinating with TNEB persons for charging the LT supply satisfactorily and removing the existing stay wire along with the submain wires and handing over the same to department as per Engineer-in -Cahrges instruction as required.

Removing the existing old type DB's, mainswitch's, fusecarriers, fans, lighting fixtures,GI sercice pipe, all type of wirings, switchboards etc, in each Staff quarters of complete in all aspects as required and shifting the same to the department's stores or other places within the institution as per the instruction of the Engineer-in -charge.

The charge including all interconntions and masonry works etc. e) Supplying and fixing FP sheet steel enclosure on board along with 25/32amps 240 volts ""C"" curve DP/SPN MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. f) Refixing or shifting of Existing Meters with new boards including remitting of necessary charges to TNEB for meter shifting on behalf of CSIR-CECRI and co-ordinating with TNEB officials in all aspects in order to charge the 7/18 VIR wire & metering panel board complete as required. The TPN DB shall be concealed in the existing wall as required as per site condition complete in all aspects. The above DB shall include the following 'C' series, Incoming :32 AmpsMCB and MCB's in the out going circuits SP MCB-6-32A-30 Nos Blanking plates -As required.

Supply of 4 Ft LED T8 tube light 20 W similar to Philips Essential LED tube model No: HO 1200mm 20W 765 T8 AP I G 2100 Lumens or equivalent and philips Tarang Tube light patti model or Equivalent as approved by department.

LED Outdoor Bulkhead Light : Supply of LED IP 54 outdoor bulk head light of 20W, having high efficiency, wall/ surface mounting with suitbale driver of wide voltage range as required. Similar to JV Luker's BOXY ECO 4 Model No.LBKSQ 20 or Equivalent as approved by department.

Maintenance Free Chemical Earthing: Supplying and providing Copper Bonded Earthing Electrode in single pipe with falt Technology of 3 mtr long,Size 40 mm dia with suitable terminal flat as per standards ,all inner annual space filled with highly conductive and non -corrosive nature crystalline material,along with elctrode moisture Booster/earth Enhancing compound of 25 Kg to fill surround the pipe during installation so a to achieve the ohmic value as per standards,including excavation,refilling and providing masonory cover and brick work etc.. complete in all aspects as required as per site Condition.

LED Street Light Fitting : Supply and fixing of outdoor type LED Street light fitting,36W, in the existing pole (up to 40mm dia ) located in site along with all accessories as required as per site condition. Similar to JV Luker's STRADA Model No.LST- 36 or Equivalent as approved by department.

"12 "" Exhaust Fan : Supply of heavy duty 12"" exhaust fan along with metal bird screen for protection,continuously rated, suitable for single phase power supply, 1350/900 rpm, having minimum 1160 CFM and noise level not exceeding 60 db having 2 years guarantee and shall be conforming to the Is standards. Tneb service line: Supplying of 6 sq. mm(7/18) VIR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable variable colour for TNEB Pole to Existing Meters as required.

Supply & installation of 5 mtr height GI pipe mast with adaptor head base plate, insulator between LA and mast, with adiquate guy rope / stay wire, Installation accessories fasteners the base plate for raising lightning conductor to the top of the structure and necessary civil work such as providing concrete base with foundation bolt for base of the mast structure whenever required as per the site condition.(Building height is 10 meters aprox.)

Supply & installation of test clamp for lightning arrester installation as per site condition and clamp for down conductor from LC to the earth pit.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ESE (Early Streamer Emission) based active Lightning conductor having protection radius of 107m at level 4 at 5mtr height and made of high quality non corrosive and weather resistance stainless steel tested in accordance to NFC-2011, type test certificate from CPRI or as per IS/IEC. The Lightning conductor shall carry a minimum of 20 years replacement warranty. Make - LIVA, stormaster or Equivalent as approved by department.
