S& F in replacement 50 mm thick washable type pre-filters of size 0.50 mtr x 0.45 mtr with filter element made out of synthetic non-woven media supported by HDPE mesh on both side including stitching in diamond pattern complete including frame, suitable for efficiency 90% down to 10 micron EU-3 Type complete with mounting frame work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling existing air washer system removing the existing header nozzle, air filter and all connected items and cleaning of all pipings and brass spring nozzle assembly and air filter complete and replacing unserviceable parts of air washer , scraping and removing of old paint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer to all parts of air washer system , cleaning of UG sump , removing sludge/sand/dirt by means of mannual/sludge removing pump, cleaning the sump with bleached water and washing with sodium Hypochloride liquid,drying and applying one coat of lime wash internally including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling, machining, threading holes at header section of MS pipe of exiting size dia to accommodate/screw the nozzle on the entire section of header including fixing of nozzle complete with all accessories, fitting & fixture complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair, maintenance and servicing of centrifugal/Monoblock Pump set of capacity upto 15 HP with motor at site by means of disconnecting electrically, opening of pump from suction and discharge side, taking down, dismantling for checking, repairs and maintenance including its electrical motor side cleaning of all parts of pumps/motors, checking of sleeves ,bushes, bearing, MS housing cleaning of stator and bearing of motor side, oiling and greasing of all parts of pump and motor, reassembling complete and re-fixing back in position including greasing of bearing or change of bearing of pump and motor if required at site, change of gasket filling of new graphite gland packing and including replacement of nuts, bolts, washers, and impeller of pump testing complete all as specified and as directed.

(i). Inspecting the plant/ system and carry out preventive as per the standard practice four times in a year or as required. (ii). Checking the refrigeration system, motor and starters and ensuring healthy condition of the plant. (iii). Checking the system for any leakage and rectification of leakage by holding nitrogen gas for 24 hours into the closed system complete. (iv). Taking set of readings and reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any. (v). Checking the Refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings. (vi). Checking the functioning of compressor and its accessories. (vi). Cleaning the evaporator once a year. (vii). Lubricating the bearings of motors, fans when found necessary. (viii). Quarterly inspection of belts adjusting the tension. (ix). Checking of the microprocessor controller for its proper functioning with all sensors. (x). Attending to breakdown calls. (xi). Labour involving evacuation of refrigerant during replacement of controls and replacement of compressor. (xii). Carrying out- once in a year, testing of lubricant and water (chilled water system and water condensing systems only) samples.

Repair and maintenance of centrifugal/ monoblock pump sets of capacity upto 5HP installed at various AC plants by opening, checking for faults, repair/ replacement of mechanical seal, fixing and replacement of unserviceable parts and reassembling after repair and testing complete of following capacities of pumps sets complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of replacement of spare if any such as mechanical seal, impeller, bearing and bush is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and charging gas nitrogen in returnable cylinder (sealed) for leakage pressure test of AC Plant (Element of charging and destroying and flushing out of blockage elements from cooling coil/suction discharge line and entire cycle of refrigeration system is included in respect item of repair work all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and charging of refrigerant gas R-407c in company sealed cylinder after making system leak proof all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Make mafron/Freon/Refron.

Repair & maintenance of FRP cooling tower, complete cleaning of cooling tower basin, PVC headers, PVC nosel fills, rearranging of PVC fill block old/new including repairing of leakage of suction and discharge line and replcement of broken header and PVC nozzales all as directed by Engineer in Charge..

Material and labour for de-scaling of condenser of Sarang AC Plant Cap 2 x 39 TR capacity all as described as under : (i) Opening Block of condenser Inlet aned out let water pipe. (ii) De-Scaling of condenser tubes with de-scaling solution mixed with water by pump method for4 a duration of 08 hours continuous circulation. (iii) Opening of bolts side condenser cover for following work:- (a) Cleaning of condenser fopper tubes carefully with condenser cleaning brushes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Removing of rubber gasket of both side covers, preparing, new rubber gasket 6mm thick, fixing properly with existing bolts/nuts/Washers in following location of plant.

M&L for scrapping the old surface of ducting,pipeline,blower, valve, motor & other connected fittings of EP Shop evaporative Blower and applying two coat of ducu paint of exiting colour with spray painting ,complete with entire satifaction of engg in chagre.
