(A) GROUND FLOOR

SH : EARTH WORK

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains i/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead to 50 m.in Hard dense soil. (a) Lift above 1.5 m

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing laying & compacting granular base/sub-base according to lines, grades& cross-sections by using naturally occurring sand gravel/conforming to IRC Grade 2 of M.O.S.T. specification free from organic or other deleterious constituents compact by rolling with power roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity in layers not exceeding 150 mm (spread thickness)including rolling of the road surface to proper level & grade 30 cm width edging on both sides etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( without carriage charge of all materials)

SH : CONCRETE WORKS

P/L cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : - (a) 1:5:10 (1 cem :5 Kanhaighat coarse sand:: 10 graded stone aggrt. 40mm nominal size).

(b) 1:3:6 (1 cem :3 Kanhaighat coarse sand:: 6 graded stone aggrt. 40mm nominal size).

SH : R.C.C. WORKS

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a)1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 Kanhaighat coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

(b)1:1:2 (1 cement :1 Kanhaighat coarse sand:2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

RCC work in in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string ourses,fillets,columns, pillars, piers,abutment, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering ,finishing and reinforcement (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 Kanhaighat coarse sand: : 3 graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size).

RCC work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies,shelves,chajjas, lintels,bands,plain window sill,staircases and spiral staircase upto floor five level but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering ,finishing and reinforcement (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 Kanhaighat coarse sand: : 3 graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size).

Boring ,providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement pile of specified diameter and length below the pile cap M 25 in cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified ,including the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with casting and / or bentonite solution and the length of pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc. all completed (Length of the pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap ).i) 500 mm diameter pile upto a length of 17.00 metre .

Reinforcement for R.C.C.work including bending,binding and placing in position complete (a) MS bars.

(b) TMT bars.

FORM WORKS

Providing form work i/c centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete to and plain concrete work in.(using 12mm shuttering ply) (a) Foundation footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b) Sides & soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders, bressummers and lintels not exceeding 1m in depth.

( c )Flat surface such as suspended floor,roofs,landing & the like ( i) floor etc upto 200mm in thickness

(d) Columns, pillars, posts and struts (square, rectangular or polygon in plan).

(e) Stair case ( excluding landing) slopping or stepped soffits including riser and strings etc.

(f) Edges of slab and breaks in floor not exceeding 1m in depth

(g) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness), partition and the like including attached pilasters,buttreese, plinth and the string courses and the like

BRICKS WORKS

2nd class (local first class) brick work in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 Cem:4 kanhaighat C/Sand)

2nd class (local first class) brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto 1st floor level in cement mortar 1:4(1 Cem:4Kanhaighat coarse sand:)

Half brick masonry 2nd class (local first class) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat coarse sand:) in superstructure (a)above plinth.

WOOD WORKS

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position (b) Local best quality Teak Wood

Providing and fixing 38 mm thick panelled and glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows, c/windows etc. including bright finished brass hinges with necessary screws - (a) local best qltyTeak wood.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long i/c fixing to frames with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding to cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 Kanhaighat coarse sand: : 6 stone aggrt. 20mm nominal guage).

SH : FLOORING

50 mm cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand:4 stone aggregate 20 mm & down gauge) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

20 mm thick cement plaster skirting (upto 30cm height) with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c. rounding of junctions with floors.

Extra for providing & fixing glass strips in joints of floors ( 10mm wide and 4mm thick )

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : Kanhaighat4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,complete.
