Material and Labour for drilling of bore hole at two different locations using rotary rig for a diameter of 300mm size and depth each not exceeding 30m in any type of soil/rock including removal of soil to a distance of not more than 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but beyond 30m depth and upto 70m depth in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lowering PVC casing pipes into bore holes, PVC plain pipe of outer dia 165mm and wall thickness not less than 5.7mm conforming to IS specifications including taking down old pipe from existing bore complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but PVC pipe of perforated type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC cap screwed for PVC pipe 165mm outer dia and fixed at the bottom of casing pipe including taking down old cap from existing bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill in the annular space between PVC casing pipe and true bore hole, free pebbles of size 6mm to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Developing and flushing the bore wells with high pressure air for a period of minimum 4 hours or till clear water flows out complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for conducting yield test of bore wells by erecting/installing suitable size and capacity submersible pump set not less than 5 HP and connected pipes, fittings, water meter etc complete all as required at site and recording test results all as directed.

Material and Labour for testing of water samples of bore wells from Govt recognised testing laboratories/institutes including collection of samples from various bore wells, transportation, submission as per the instructions of the institute and collection of report complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS clamp each made in two halves for holding GI pipes into bore wells made up of Flat iron 50 x 6 mm with holes drilled and suitable size bolts, nuts and washers including providing two numbers PCC pillars on both side of the bore well for resting the clamps including taking down old clamp from existing bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erect, install into bore well alongwith pipes, pump set, submersible type suitable for 150mm bore dia bore well, multi stage, suitable for operation on AC, three phase, 5HP, 415 volts, 50 Hz supply and capacity to pump water 3 to 5 litres per second at a total head of 80 to 100mtr head including taking down old pumpset assembly from existing bore complete with pressure gauge all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lowering U PVC Colum pipe ( Treaded Pipe ) 50mm bore dia heavy grade alongwith the submersible type pump set including necessary cutting to required lengths and screwing, including necessary fittings and fixed complete including taking down old pipe from existing bore all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty galvanized steel socket (coupling) 100mm long suitable for coupling 50mm bore dia GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable submersible type into bore hole alongwith GI pipe and pump, PVC insulated, sheathed, stranded copper conductor cables of 1100 volts grade, water proof, with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 4 sqmm all conforming to IS specification including necessary jointing kit and connecting up motor and starter terminals and testing complete including taking down old cable from existing bore all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches 50mm bore dia medium grade GI pipe with necessary fittings and fixtures complete including taking down old pipe all as specified and as directed .

Supply and laying in trenches 40mm bore dia medium grade GI pipe with necessary fittings and fixtures complete including taking down old pipe all as specified and as directed .

Supply and laying in trenches 25mm bore dia medium grade GI pipe with necessary fittings and fixtures complete including taking down old pipe all as specified and as directed . Note for item No 15, 16 & 17: Excavation will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix 50mm bore dia Gun metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete including taking down old gate valve all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 50mm bore dia of Gun metal non return valve screwed both ends for GI pipe of 50mm bore dia complete including taking down old pipe all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix junction box, sheet moulding compound (SMC) type, front with hinged type door, weather proof, dust and vermin proof, locking arrangement off white colour of size 300x200x105mm (internal) capacity comprising 3 Nos 63Amps, single pole fuse cut outs and 1 No neutral link suitable for 25Sqmm cable complete junction box fixed on pole/wall/ground etc with suitable size clamps, bolts, nuts including taking down old junction box all as specified and as directed. Note : All incoming/outgoing cable shall be connected with suitable size of lugs.

Material and Labour for electrical earthling complete with GI plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron, earth lead wire protected by means of 15mm bore dia light grade GI pipe upto switch board / panel board, all as specified and as shown in MES schedule electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1, 40mm thick cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm centre to centre both ways, with 6mm dia MS hook, charcoal dust, salt, funnel for watering complete including taking down old earthing all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, connecting and testing LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of 3.5/4 core 25 sqmm cross sectional area alongwith lugs and gland complete including taking down old cable all as specified and as directed :- Note :-(i) Lugs and glands are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for laying of cable and to be used properly wherever required while connecting cables to the panel board. (ii) Earth work such as excavation, refilling, etc. shall be measured separately under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay and spread in trenches, dry river sand, clean, including spreading, levelling, punning for cushioning of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply lay in trenches common burnt clay building bricks/ fly ash bricks, old size sub class “B” for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes 40mm dia SDR 7.4 & PN-16, UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes 50mm dia SDR 7.4 & PN-16, UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 3- layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes 75mm dia SDR 7.4 & PN-16, UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 3- layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes 160 mm dia SDR 7.4 & PN-16, UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R Gate valves of size 50 mm (brass insert) outer dia of pipe as per requirement of the site all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R Gate valves of size 40 mm (brass insert) outer dia of pipe as per requirement of the site all as specified and as directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 50 to 75mm outer dia of pipe by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc all as specified and as directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 16 to 40 mm outer dia of pipe by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc all as specified and as directed.
