Labour charges for loading transporting unloading of 40 - 45 Gallen capacity of empty barrels from the store to the site at Amuthapuram 230KV SS = 65 Kms X 165 Nos.

Labour charges for Draining of transformer oil from the transformer into the empty barrels for attending the repair works = 33260 Litres

Labour charges for Dismantling of 50 MVA, PowerTransformer HV, LV Bushings, Radiators, Conservator Tank and other accessories including all lead, lift, T&Ps, Crane charges etc. complete.

Labour charges for dismantling and replacement of Top cover gaskets, OLTC gaskets, Radiator, Butterfly valve inner Gaskets and all other gaskets, (which are normallynot covered under dismantling and re-erection) and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate & all other dismantled accessories and complete tightening works as directed by the Field Engineer. All the reqired Gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by Contractor.

Labour charges for overhauling of Power/Auto Transformer OLTC Mechanism including cleaning and replacing of defective spares and gaskets etc, as directed by the Field Engineer complete. .

Re-erection of 50 MVA, PowerTransformer HV, LV Bushings, Radiators, Conservator Tank and other accessories including all lead, lift, T&Ps, Crane charges etc. complete after top cover replacement.

Labour charges for applying vacuum in the Power transformer including labour and vacuum kit etc at SS and filling of Nitorgen upto required pressure for removing of moiture as directed by the Field Engineer. (N2 gas to be supplied by Contractor)

Labour charges for filling of the transformer oil from oil barrel to main tank of the transformer after re-erection all accessories.

Labour charges for Hot oil Circulation of transformer oil in the transformer and OLTC for 72Hrs. Or necessary to a chief the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained. A)5000 Ltrs

Labour charges for Hot oil Circulation of transformer oil in the transformer and OLTC for 72Hrs. Or necessary to a chief the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained.B) Above 5000 Ltrs (33260-5000=28260)

Labour charges for spray painting of Power transformer and accessories including cost of enamel colour paint for valve marking waste, kerosine, soap etc. complete upto but including the cost of paint

Supply of 5 Kg Breather with silica gel including freight charges etc

Supply of 1 Kg Breather with silica gel including freight charges etc .

Termination of cable core including the cost of strips etc. as per drawing directed by the field engineer, for Tank Wiring of 25MVA Transformer.

Supply of Fasteners ( Bolt, Nut,Washers) for various sizes, including all VAT, Taxes etc. as a quantity required during Erection.
