Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated) in roofing including ridges etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roofs walls etc fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook bolt etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with 'L' or ‘J’ type hooks & bolts etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 4 mm to 6 mm thick Plain fiber reinforced transparent (FRP) Sheet of any colour fix with screw and any other fixing material as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 2 mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in any position framed / unframed works as in purlin or rafter truss etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing mild steel tubes, angles round pipes etc fixed independently without connecting plates as in purlins, rafter or in truss etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in coping, edging, concrete bed to hold fast and filling etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using integral water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of 1.5mm average thick layer putty on new wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) complete all as specified & directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 18 above but area not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing powder coated anodised aluminium frame minimum thickness of 1.5 mm for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates, including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.

Supply & Fixing aluminium anodised powder coated door shutters of aluminium section weighing minimum 0.55 kg/mtr including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium anodised powder coated fittings such as handle 2 nos, 100mm hinge 3 nos, 200mm tower bolt 2 nos, mortice lock including keys 1 set, anodised aluminium snap beading & screws complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.

Supply & Fixing aluminium anodised powder coated window and ventilator shutters side hung type or sliding type with or without sash bars of aluminium section weighing minimum 0.55 kg/mtr including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws including powder coated anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stay 150mm long (1 no ), hinge type B-21 100mm long (2 nos), suitable handle (2 no), tower bolt ( 2 nos), complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing tinted / coulered floated glass ordinary quality & glazing with wooden/ aluminium bead/oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in Each panel 5 mm thick complete all as per specified and directed. Make:- Modiguard/ saintgobin / Hariyana glass

Supply & Fixing in repair aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight of shutter between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15 to 20mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing in cooking platform, window/ door cills etc., complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6., complete all as specified & directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slab on edge such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situation in new or old granite stone slab / Kota stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including snap grid frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in position suspended false ceiling using GI exposed ceiling suspension system of grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 38x24mm (0.25mm thick) of central black line / black groove, Cross Tee 27mmx24mm(0.25mm thick) of central black line / black groove and Angle 22mm x 24mm (0.4mm thick) & including Supply and fixing 4mm thick (high pressure stream cured) pre-painted self-embossed, reinforced designer cement board (Ivory) with texture of size 595 x 595mm including conforming to IS 14862-2000 to be placed in a grid if gI system duly suspended with 4 mm dia galvanized iron /mild steel bar hanger fixed with steel dash fastener or iron purlins from the roof with adjustment clip. The main runner to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1200mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runner @600mm C/C, so as to firm 600mm x 600mm grid etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning the existing surfaces and applying bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5kg per Sqm per coat, complete all as specified and directed.
