M&L for brick work using old size fuel ash bricks as specified in clasue 6 of Particular specification, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick plain framed, paneled shutter (Two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood rail and styles, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with MS square tube fixed in opening complete as per manufacturer's specifications etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour sheets for top rail lock rail bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for Top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement.

M&L mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

Notes:- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel windows. Nothing shall extra paid on this account. (ii) Details of box type window shall be given on HQ CEJZ drawing No TD/2013/01 sheet 1/3, 2/3, 3/3. (iii) Glass pane/wire gauze shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L 6 mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with ‘L’ type or J type or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

Note : - Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under relevant item of this Schedule.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L for factory made vibrate type chequered cement concrete tiles, 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, laid over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, complete, all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
