Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces or demolition/Taking down existing Roof treatment by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including 20mm thick screeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces conforming to IS-3384 of 1986 @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with non-woven polyester matt laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified with overlap of 10 cms (overlaps to be thermo fused by flame) complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete padding 1:2:4 type B-0 of uniform thickness 50mm in two layer with chicken wire mesh in between the layers, top surface of plain cement concrete padding shall be furnished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (wire netting shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.91 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples and size of mesh 12mmx12mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as in mass-concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gm/Sqm as per manufacturer's instructions over bituminous layer, complete all as specified & directed at site.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1-1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in copping, edging etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in roof kerb, PCC padding repairs, mud stop etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using integral water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity n exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and including replacing check nuts and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc 500 and n. exc. 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and including replacing check nuts and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tank of exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs capacity and removing outside MD land etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 500 Ltrs double layered Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white color (cylindrical vertical with closed top using PVC cover ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I.

Supply and fixing in 15mm dia float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal out side MD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking of drains pipe (salt glazed stone were, AC, RCC or PVC pipe) set in cement mortar 100 mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 110 mm dia bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
