M&L for of bus bar chamber pedestal type of size 75 cm x 60 cm x 40 cm out door dust & vermin proof front opening made out of 2.0mm thick MS sheet duly painted and consisting with aluminium bus bar 3 phase and neutral 4 Nos 400 Amp fixed on insulators and one MCCB TPN 200 Amp, 25 KA rupturing capacity including necessary fixed in PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including danger plate etc complete.

M&L for Dehydration / Filtration of transformer Oil of existing transformer install at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 40 to 60 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site.

M&L for opening up the top cover of transformer of any capacity for checking the conditions to carryout repairs at site, including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable containers (containers to be provided by the contractor) and repair the transformer with replacement of parts where required, check the lead connection from winding to bushing rods including necessary soldering/jointing etc and refilling the dehydrated oil after complete repair, making all connections and testing on full load complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Major parts where required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant items of this Schedule. (iii) All T&P and minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, insulating material, copper wire for delta connection, etc. shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) Dehydration of existing transformer oil and new transformer oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for disconnecting existing transformer step down 11 KV/0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type of capacity 200 KVA, taking down from site of installation, opening the top cover of transformer, draining out transformer oil from the housing in suitable containers (containers to be provided by the contractor) and inspecting / assessing the defective / burnt parts, core assembly, etc in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge, shifting the transformer to workshop for repair including loading, unloading, transportation etc, cleaning and making good surface including internal cleaning, removing sludge, etc and painting with one coat of zinc chromate paint to the inner side of the transformer body and one coat of synthetic enamel paint (grey) on outer body of transformer by using spray machine after cleaning & removing oil spots etc, carrying out necessary repair to transformer at workshop, re-assembling, shifting back to site, reinstalling, re-connecting, re-commissioning the transformer and testing at site on full load, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 160 but for Transformer capacity 315 to 400 KVA Notes for serial item No. 160.00 & 161.00 :- (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) HT/LT coils where required shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant items of this Schedule. (iii) All minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, insulating material, copper wire for delta connection, etc. shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) Testing of transformer shall be arranged by the contractor for Type Test & Routine Test which shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and contractor shall submit test certificates to this effect before processing the RAR for payment.

Supply only the following spares/items for repair/replacement to transformers under serial item No. 162.01 to 162.02 here-in-before :-

LT coil made out of super enameled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for distribution transformer complete all as directed.

HT coil made out of super enameled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for distribution transformer complete all as directed.

S&F 11000 volt grade heavy duty HT XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminum conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 120 Sqmm nominal cross section 3 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core.

Material and labour for fault investigation of HT /LT electic supply line of any size with fault lacator machine for LT/HT line including rectification of fault with cutting/disconnecting of cable and jointing with suitable size of cable jointing kit ,excavation or as speciffied and as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil and clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) surrounding Transformers, LT Panels, 02 Pole structures, 04 Pole Structures, etc at various sub stations / E&M installations and removing rubbish upto a distance exc 200m & not exc 250m outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified & as directed. (Note : Contractor shall maintain the area clean for entire contract period and measured and paid onece only)

Supply and fix in repair DOL starter,5HP(MU1) suitable for upto 10 HP 3 phase, 415 volts AC supply motor complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T Cat part No SS-95647 or equivalent
