Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Dismantling roofing including ridges, false ceiling, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Cleaning and chipping all concrete surface on both side of expansion joint and remove any dust oil grease including removal of laitence and cleaning of the side of the expansion joints with comprressed air.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Supply and apply backer rod 50 mm in expansion joints and apply PU salant in the joints.

Providing and fixing of Polysulphide for extension joint up to 50 mm wide.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : 12.21.1 In 75x75 mm deep chase

Crack repairing , tiles/ granite joints filling by sika tiles groute EP providing masking tap across all the tiles/ granite joints and filling sika cream 888 tile grout EP across all the joints with hand oprated putty blace and finish it.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 11.56.1 Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum/ glass work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600 Upto 20 mm depth and 20 mm width

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16.1 Hot finished welded type tubes

Injection Grouting : Providing & applying injection sockets up to 40%-50% (of the concrete thickness) deep inside at an inclination ( < 60 degree). Now inject it with the IE 6692 ( a non ionic emulsion having alkoxysilanes which induce the hydrophobicity and significantly decrese the water ingress of cementiti-ous materials ) Dilution of the 6692 is to accord the required pH and all other parameters as per the expert formulator / site incharge . Make sure the consumption 2lt per socket. It can be achieved with static head tactics and pressure pump ( 4-8 kg pressure ). Subsequently leave for 48 hours .Now create the cementitious grout slurry modified with non shrink expansive grout admixture, IE 6692, Corrosion inhibitor all with water. The dilution ratio must as per the site and hole need . The grouting slurry must be lean to stiff in each hole . Stiff slurry to be admixed with Tamseal SBR to keep log record for all sockets and finally cutting of nipples and patch it up . Ultra rapid setting mortar to plug active water to be used

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
