Removal of old U/S seat frame and S&F new seat frame of 1st class hard shisham wood duly planned and finished smooth duly polished with high class black polish incl weaving with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round with Godrej pattern & border with 3 mm wide plastic cane superior quality & frame shall be fixed with machine screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.01 above but back frame

M&L for painting to chair CB steel without arms with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING MAP (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/12)

Removal of old U/S tapestry of seat frame and S&F new tapestry of seat frame approved by Engr-in-charge with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge Note- Cost of tapestry not less than Rs 150/-

All as per item No 3.01 but back frame

Removal od old u/s hand rest of chair writing MAP and S&F new hand rest one piece made of black integral skin,reinforced with MS insert it. Hand rest have slope towards front, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Removal of old U/S leg frame and S&F new leg frame of cantilever type MS tubular frame of size 25mm x 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Removal of old back MS plate and S&F new MS plate 6mm used for better contour lumber support of size 2' feet long, 50mm tnick in width ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Taking down old U/S Rubber stopper and S&F new Rubber stopper at the bottom of leg.

M&L for painting to iron surface of chair writing MAP with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Removal of old U/S tapestry of seat frame and S&F new tapestry of seat frame approved by Engr-in-charge with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge Note- Cost of tapestry not less than Rs 150/-

REPAIR TO GI PIPE CHARPOY WITH NYLON NEWAR (Drg No.FD-220)

Taking out U/S nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and tightening the frame and making it suitable for and including supply and fixing re-weaving of charpoy with virgin quality of white nylon newar 50 to 55 mm wide weight not less than 1.50 Kgs per charpoy weaving to be done from both sides complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of u/s Elbow galvanized iron 32 mm dia 3 ways complete all as specified and directed. Note weight of each elbow not less than 450 grams

S&F in replacement of u/s check nut galvanized iron 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed Note :- weight of each check nut not less than 125 grams

S&F in replacement of long rail of 32 mm dia galvanized iron pipe medium grade incl cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only in repairs short rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade incl cutting, threading as required for short rail of GI Charpoy complete all as specified and directed Note :- Short rail shall be converted from long rail retrieved vide item No 5.04.

Fixing only in repairs legs of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade cutting, threading at one end as required for legs as per existing size incl S&F 1.6 mm thick, 40 mm dia MS Sheet base plate welded on another end complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Legs shall be converted from pipe retrieved vide item 5.04

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH ( Drg No. FD-256/259/359) S&F in repair following part of chair verandah as per existing shape and size as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed;-

Legs with arm rest of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.5mm thick incl one coat of red oxide primer.

Seat frame of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.6mm thick incl one coat of red oxide primer

Back frame of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.6mm thick incl one coat of red oxide primer

M&L for painting with one coat of white synthetic enameled paint on new/old steel surfaces.

RE-CANNING/RE-WEAVING TO CHAIR VERANDAH ( Drg No.FD-256/259)

Taking out old U/S cane from chair verandah and recanning seat and back with new 4 mm wide half round white plastic cane of superior quality incl painting with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint and preparing of old steel surfaces.

Taking out old U/S Nylon newar from chair verandah and re-weaving seat and back with virgin quality of white nylon newar 50 to 55 mm wide incl painting with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint and preparing of old steel surfaces.

REPAIR TO LOCKERS AND RACK STEELS

Removing of unserviceable legs of Locker steel six units and S & F new legs made out of 16 gauge MS black sheet and welding to almirah with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer to new legs to match with the colour of Almirah complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Drg No.FD-127)

Removing of unserviceable legs of Locker steel eight units and S & F new legs made out of 16 gauge MS black sheet and welding to almirah with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer to new legs to match with the colour of Almirah complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Drg No.FD-127)

Removing/dismantling existing racks steel of size 2000mm x 850mm x 600mm and replacing existing corroded slotted angle iron frame of size 40 x 60 x 3mm thick and refixing the racks on its original position, and with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. (Drg No.KF-30) Note:- MS sheet corner plate and nuts bolts required for re fixing shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant items of this schedule

Taking down old U/S top of table Clk/Typist and S&F new top of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade one side shisham face and other side white balancing including 4mm thick shisham wood beading complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable drawer and S&F of new drawer made of 22 gauge MS sheet with coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S long rail table office clk/typist and S&F new long rail with 25 x 25 mm Sq tube made of 16 gauge PBI sheet fixed b y gas welding incl painting with a cot of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
