SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF 06 X JCOS/OR MAP BLDG AT PEERU/MEHTA VIHAR AND CERTAIN REVENUE WORKS AT MIL STN JAMMU UNDER GE SATWARI

Dismantling PVC/Cement/CI pipes 50 to 110 mm dia including all fittings and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

S&F UPVC (SWR) type B pipes, 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,laid in floors/treaches or fixed to walls with nail at spacing of 1m center to center including stack clamp of GI flat 30mm wide 2mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description including under layer, taking down cement plaster any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska as in roofs ,any thickness, including leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including removing from site to a distance not exc 1.5 KM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces as in roof, finished even & fair and including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed . Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of surface free from dirt , dust & washing with water and water proofing treatment to roof surface (in four coat) with fibre reinforced elastometic liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-110 having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 MPa and shall have rack bridging ability upto 2.55 mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce temperature upto 10 degree celcius to RCC roof slabs, roof treatment shall be carried out in four coats to newly plaster roof surface as per the procedure given below :- (a) Apply first coat of fibre reinforced elastometic liquid water proofing membrane as described above with 33% dilution as priming coat as directed and allow it to dry before next coating. (b) Laying second coat of fibre mesh 0.3 mm thickness weave in leno pattern having weight 45 gms per sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50 mm as directed and allow it to dry before next coating. (c) Apply third coat of fibre reinforced elastometric liquid water proofing membrane as described in para (a) above but undiluted @ 0.45 litre per sqm of roof surface as directed. (d) Apply fourth and final coat of fibre reinforced elastometric liquid water proofing membrane as described in para (a) above but undiluted @ 0.45 litre per sqm of roof surface as directed. (e) Work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of manufacturer and shall be approved by the GE before commecement of work at site.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ terrazzo dado from wall surface including cement mortar bedding, (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specied and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8mm thick non skid coloured digital ceramic joint less tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and poined in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cenment base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing bushes, shurbs, roots from building (up to 4th storey) with chiesling and making good the disturbed surface in PCC 1:1.5:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n. exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishes, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work in tubular poles/trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or incuction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St -240 complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150 micron) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made charmfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade of approved colour, design & pattern as in foothpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength , thickness & size/ shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
