M&L for cleaning of RCC Water tank at any height (on accessible/inaccessible roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud ,any foreign material, accumulated silt, other dirty substance,algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank by draining / pumping out water/sludge and other growth from wall / floor / roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set, vaccum machine and again cleaning the tank with fresh water. and disinfecting the tank by using UV radiator and approved chemical (chloriten) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary ladder and machinery for pressure cleaning and safety apparatus required for execution of work. (ii) Unit rate quoted shall include for writing the date of actual cleaning with white paint on black background to match with the existing. The process of claning for the following capacity of water tank for cleaning of RCC water tank capacity from 500 to 1000 litres.

All as per item No.1 above but for capacity 1001 to 2000 litres.

All as per item No.1 above but for capacity 2001 to 5000 litres.

S&F in repairs 500 ltrs Rotational mould polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in ssr part-I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 ltrs Rotational mould polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in ssr part-I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2000 ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in ssr part-I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 20 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm conforming to IS-15778 with all fittings such as Tee, bends, elbows ,unions ,sockets and end pieces etc to receive fittings and fixed with solvents fixed to walls / ceiling with all clamps in Shafts/ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure etc complete all as specified and as directed including taking down steel tubing and connection removal after credit for the same for bore of pipe 15mm/20mm.

S&F for Tubes, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, 25 mm bore with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed including taking down steel tubing and connection removal after credit for the same for bore of pipe 25mm.

All as per item No.19 above but for 40 mm bore.

Cutting holes into or through brick/ stone walls built in cement mortar of superficial area n exc 150 Sq.cm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed

M& L for waterproofing treatment of RCC Water tanks using solution having Mix ratio of 5 kg Aquatyte solution in 20 ltrs of water on walls and floors including cleaning the watertanks from dusts and green patches by pouring water brushing and wiping completely and then pouring Aquatyte solution over walls and floors of tanks after wetting the walls with water. Thicker solution to be used for filling cracks (take care to fill the cracks by pouring only) and allow the solution to dry for 24 hours and curing to be done either by filling the tank with water or applying water twice a day for 7 days (Make: Sika, India Pvt Ltd and BASF India Ltd. )

Dismantling of Wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for such as ,ladder grating work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work for joints chaneel, angle or tee section, fixed independtly, without connecting plates ,ladder , grating of open drain and similar work etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 and complete all as specifed and directed. .

S&F Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc conforming to Fe 410 Gde E-250 and complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc conforming to Fe 410 Gde E-250 and complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etcand removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed (Coloured) ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 450 x 8 to 9 mm/ 450 x 350 x 8 to 9 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete including rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surface of elevated reservoir water tanks at height upto 30.00 metres above GL including columns and beams and applying 1 coat of antifungal paint including use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and all protective measures such as safety belt, helmets etc and leaving premise, clean and tidy all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on external surfaces of elevated reservoir water tanks/ RCC tanks at height upto 30.00 metres above GL including columns beams, soffits , domes etc including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbling down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of elevated reservoir water tanks at height upto 30.00 metres above GL including columns and beams and applying 2 coats of antifungal paint including use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and all protective measures such as safety belt, helmets etc and leaving premise, clean and tidy all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any des-cription, over 10cm in width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint
