Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cmenet and 3.50% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil etc. including lift upto 1.50 metre and lead upto 30 mtr. including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the retaining wall and the sides of foundation.

Cement concrete with 40 mm gauge stone ballast, fine sand 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 1:3:6 foundation and floor including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. complete the work

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications

Providing laying and fixing of 900 mm dia NP-3 Class Spigot Hume Pipe

Lettering and painting of culvert and parapet etc. complete.

Maintenance of 2nd year after completion of work 0.25% of cost of Construction of Work.

Maintenance of 3rd year after completion of work 0.50% of cost of Construction of Work.

Maintenance of 4th year after completion of work 0.75% of cost of Construction of Work.

Maintenance of 5th year after completion of work 1.00% of cost of Construction of Work.
