Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers laid bedded and pointed in any mortar on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thicknes removed or only a part thereof)

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified or directed .

Taking down of loose/disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bands, shelves, beams, column or slab and similar work including support if required and dubbing out average 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on irregular face of concrete surfaces and finished with 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Wire brushing, cleaning top surface ,Scraping surfaces of roof by wire brushing and removing all loose dust and cleaning and washing down the surfaces with water complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound.( Note- Water proofing compound should be mesured and paid separately )

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete in all respect as specified

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete in all respect as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in padding over roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on top of roof in CM 1:4 incl mixed with WPC(WPC shall be paid separately)

M&L Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm thick 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147

M&L Factory made Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished and with grey cement and no pigment slurry including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, benches and water troughs etc. including necessary moulding complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coats of aluminium paint over APP water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ACP sheet of 4 mm thickness of approved colour/ shade for chajjas/ sunshades/ cladding and the like works etc. fixed to frame work of MS/ Aluminium/ Hollow sections of any size description including finishing all the joints with silicon or as per manufacturers instructions complete in all respect and complete fixed in position incl scaffolding/ ladders etc as required and also making the joint between all as specified and directed. Note : Frame work shall be measured and paid separately

S&F Rolled Mild steel work as in tubular trusses, purlins, including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240, including distances pieces, base plates, nut bolts etc including complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not oth-erwise provided for.

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws Complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Corrugation shape and colour of sheet shall be approved by GE)

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR ) PIPE in any length fixed to walls and floor with and including rubber ring joint and MS clamps complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of water tanks exc 1000 & n exc 2000 ltr capacity & removing to store all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1000 ltr Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I 1000 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.
