Repair and Maintenance of 200 Rmts Span Motorized over River Beas at Chulla to Seoh Sub Head Tightening Track rope and haulage rope of ropeway replacement of Old Uclamps and MS Pulley

Repair of 200 Rmtr. Span motorized passenger ropeway over river Beas at Chulla to Seoh by locking track rope and haulage rope by providing temporary support/anchorage then locking the trolleys from both side and removing all U clamp-12mm and 22mm then P/F MS pulleys 100mm dia.-6 Nos. with sealed bearing 6205 and MS shaft 25mm, 300-mm dia MS pulleys-6 Nos with sealed bearing 6308 and shaft 60mm dia. then tightening of track rope and haulage by using winch machine/ tirfor or by any other suitable means, after tightening to required tension fixing new U clamps replacing the old worn out clamp i.e U clamp 22mm-90 Nos, U clamp 12mm-50 Nos. Complete job in all respect including all leads and lfits of material as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of 2 Nos. trolleys on both side ( inner and outer side) and anchor girder by removing the old paint by wire brushing/grinder including cleaning of rust and surface preparation then applying single coat of red oxide primer and double coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and color. Complete job in all respect including all leads and lfits of material as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
