Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing, path including finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness ,M 35 Grade with grey cement and pigment and tint has approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 cm x 30 cm x10 mm thick coloured parking endura tile of johnson or equivalent set, jointed over and pointed in white cement and pigment match to colour complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete block kerb in footpath & removing unserviceable material in low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone (solid block of 15 cm thick,30 cm length and 30 cm depth made to shape) with plain fair faces,including chamfers,weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed .

M & L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint of any tint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable steel barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails,half rounded or other steel section or other core for wooden hand railstraight portion,drilled and counter sunk,for balusters running bars,for doors, balusters,nosing to steps including embedding in concreteand screwing etc. wind ties for roof incl securing bolts,posts and struts,in fencing including,cutting tops to shape directed,drilling holes,notching for wire,etc;,flat iron fillets,(for securing wiremesh etc) incl all necessery drilling,bolting,or reveting,etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 Gde E- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Each line wire to be measured.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type(size as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh,size and type to any type of standards,rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
