Supply of 7.5 W (maximum) LED Type omni directional blue LED, Elevated Medium Intensity Taxiway/ Apron edge Light Fittings complete with lens, Driver suitable heat sink, Breakable Coupling, central column assembly, 2 pin secondary Lead, Rubber Gaskets, Base Plates with 6 nos M 10 stainles steel bolts, spring washer and other accessories etc confirming to ICAO specification and technical specification etc complete as required. The Light should have shown proven performance for atleast 3 years at any Airport in India.

Supply of Isolating transformer of 5 KV Grade suitable to operate upto 7.5 Watt, LED light of medium intensity light fitting encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection as specified in particular specifications. (a) 6.6A/6.6A of 15 W

Supply of following size 5KV grade PVC/XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor Airport lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-II)/IS 7098 (Part-II) with upto date amendent and confirming to particular specification etc. as required. (a) 1X6 sqmm

Supply of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51/50 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. complete as required.

Laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51/50 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51/50 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench with soil complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe as required. (a) 1X6 sqmm

Supply of following 5KV grade plug & suitable receptacle (essna connector) of type-1 class B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following size 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS:1554 (Part-II) with upto date amendment. (a) 6 sqmm

Making field connections by crimping of 6/16 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6/16 sq.mm. single core PVC Cu. Conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as reqd.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of elevated type LED Taxi Light fitting on the existing tranformer housing boxes including installation of transformer, lens, lamp gasket, nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, levelling, isolating transformer, conection, earth connection etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required as per site requirement.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required as per site requirement.

Supplying following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 48 microns) , joined with connectors/coupler hardware, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. as per specification. (a) 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 48 microns) , joined with connectors/coupler hardware, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required as per site requirement in crossing/culvert/trench/drain as per specification. (a) 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness
