Taking down door chowkats or frames exc.1.5 Sqm but nexc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description of area exc 1 Sqm & n.exc 2 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class Hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put togather with glue pinned at joint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain, factory made, framed, panelled shutters, 35mm thick (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class Hard wood factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters 35mm thick open rebated prepared to receive glass, gauze etc devided in squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any number with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated beads for securing glass gauze etc. Size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, Clause no 8.24(a) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 using12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in bands, bed blocks, fixing hold fasts, filling of door frames etc complete incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC tanks of capacity 500 & nexc 1000 liters of any description , setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repairs, cleaning etc. & hoisting, reconnecting & refixing in position complete incl cleaning of water tanks complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or other than of fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete or stone wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing chemical finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&l for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terracing ,cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3, including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement to receive roof treatment, mixed with water proofing chemical as per manufacturer instructions over cleaned roof surface, as in grading to RCC roof surface,complete all as specified & directed. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
