Demolition of brick work or stone masonry of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but, except brick using old retrieved bricks obtained from demolition in serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly Plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demollition of cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in shelves, chajja , slabs for etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia for securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering fare face of brick/stone masonry walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement at a height 6 to 12 mtr height including taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : rate for all scaffolding required for repairing work shall be deemed included in this rate)

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of weather coat exterior emultion (Make: ACE of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger Paints etc) white or tinted over a coat of primer as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Demollition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including floor tiles, ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above G.L complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cmx 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs, and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismentling of existing tiles with screed without disturbing the roof treatment/ bitumenous felt complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment (screed plaster, & tarfelt of any description) and removing to a distance exc. 500 m and n.exc. 5 Km from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching,kerbs and levelling course etc over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ") over roof top surface finished even and smooth using extra cement and application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over existing inaccessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Applying hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sq M over primer. (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap by aithorized applicators. (e) Applying a coat of Alluminium Paint over APP Membrane. Make: IWL India Ltd / STP / Pidilite Industics Ltd etc

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, Ridge, valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws including Dismentling of existing Plain or corrugated steel /AC Sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16mm thick Armstrong DUNE RH 99 Ceiling board with approved pattern(Make- Armstrong) 600x600mm size fixed over and including pre powder coated GI frame with suspension system (Grid) comprising of T section 25mmx32.5mmx1.6mm size as main runners and wall angle to placed along the wall at desired level of the False ceiling , 4mm dia GI suspender of suitable size and dash fastners to be provided at desired distance including re-fixing false ceiling lights, electric fittings/fixture including dismantling of existing false ceiling with snap grid, cover fillets etc. and all complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rate quoted inclusive of removing of existting ceiling lights.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick SCALA RH-70 Ceiling board 600x600mm size with approved pattern (Make- Armstrong) to existing GI/Aluminium Grid false ceiling including tigthing of suspended wires to desired level complete all as specified and directed.
