Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness tobe specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in allcolours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of sizeSize of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4(1cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) chowkhat 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and spirit polish of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of two coats Spirit polish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side 4mm teak ply in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of all necessary stainless steel fittings and french spirit polish on teak ply complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, incluuding Stainless Steel fittings and french spirit polish, complete fixed in position and in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of chowkhats frame of golden champ of 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" section with suitable rebate of 1" x 1/2" on outer side for shutter. The shutter are to be provided with 19mm thick commercial board pasted with 1mm mica on outer side amd 0.8 mm mica on inner side all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with handle and magnetic catcher. chowkhat to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface. the complete frame is to be fixed with iron hold fasts, corners, straps, etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing wire mesh 12x22 guage over fixed portion or wire mesh shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
