Supply and Instalation of Painted/ Powder coated galvanized steel Flush Fire doors INCLUDING The internal construction of the door should be appropriate for all hardware fixtures (SS Ball BearingHinges-4"x3"X3mmGeze,Door Closer, Dead LockWith 70mm EPC,Handle-300X19mm, Vision Panel,Flush Bolt etc.) as per SITE requirement and approved make of 2 hrs. Fire rating and tested in accordance with IS 3614 Part 2 & BS 476 Part 22 as per prototype tested and certified at CBRI Roorkee or equivalent laboratory. Door frames to be double rebate profile of 143 x 57mm manufactured from 1.6mm galvanized steel sheet, profile to have bending radius of 1.4 mm supplied in assembled form ready to install at site. Door Shutter in 46mm +2 mm thick manufactured from 1.2mm galvanized steel sheets, lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flush shell. Infilled honeycomb insulation material to be provided for structural rigidity & additional reinforcements & sound Insulation, as required, vision panel grooves wherever applicable shall be provided as per recommendations with beading and screw. as approved by engineer incharge.
