M&L for providing and laying Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size 600 x 1200 mm or more in floor (minimum 8 mm thickness or to be specified by the manufacturer which ever is higher) in any colour and shade with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying double charge Vitrified tiles polished finish of size 600 x 1200mm or more (minimum 8 mm thickness or to be specified by the manufacturer which ever is higher) in any colour and shade with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (minimum 8-10mm thickness or to be specified by the manufacturer which ever is higher), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing double charged vitrified tiles polished finish of size 600x600 mm or more (minimum 8mm thickness or to be specified by the manufacturer which ever is higher), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

M&L for providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent in required design and patterns, of minimum size 900x1800mm, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18-20 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quality, shade and thickness shall be approved by users as well as GE in writing.

M&L for providing and fixing 18-20 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red for as in skirting/dado, Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels

Taking down old plaster or skirting including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish complete all as specifed and directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for 12 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair finish of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 6 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling surface of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed.(WPC Shall me measured separately).

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step-1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step-2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step-3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying 1.0 mm thick wall care putty finished even and smooth and applying two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion paint applied over one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio using fully automatic airless spray machine/technology with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine shall be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying smooth interior acrylic emulsion shall be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of smooth interior acrylic emulsion on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing surfaces and applying one coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion using fully automatic airless spray machine/technology with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying smooth interior acrylic emulsion shall be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of smooth interior acrylic emulsion on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application.

M&L for preparation of newly platered wall surface and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion 100% weather proof with anti fungal properties of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over one coat of acrylic water water based exterior grade primer @ 0.90 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian Paints Ultima Protect/Nerolac excel top guard/Berger weather coat long life

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion 100% weather proof with anti fungal properties of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over one coat of acrylic water water based exterior grade primer @ 0.90 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl Item No. 20 to 24:- (a) Work shall be done as per MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator complete all as specified and directed. (b) The Contractor shall upload MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator before quoting the bids and submit the same alongwith performance security of tender. (c) Cost of scaffolding at any height shall be included in the quoted rate. (d) Preparation of plastered or unplastered surface or removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas ceilings, fins, fascias, parpets etc shall be done by using mechanical sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the manufacturer. After the preparation of surface written approval shall be obtained from GE before applying primer and further treatment coats. Bldg wise stage passing register shall be maintained. (e) Finished ie cement based paint, acrylic water based exterior grade primer, premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion etc to walls, ceiling, chajjas, fins, fascias, prapets etc shall be applied using airlessspray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length. The spray machine should be of areputed manufacturer with pro-guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint and primer usage. (f) This equipment shall be certified by approved manufacturer. (g) The accessories for applying the finishes shall be spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of finishes on the surface so asto achieve uniform application and quality surface finish. (h) The Contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR and Final Bill.

M & L for taking down existing WPT of any description including PCC padding etc. roughening surfaces of old concrete floors / slabs and washing down with water to remove dust particles complete including preparation of surface to receive plastering and removal of debries outside MD land complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC on roof padding 25mm thick with Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for plaster on roof 12mm thick for water proofing treatment with Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound (WPC) (WPC Shall be measured separately)

M & L for cutting grooves in Brick/concrete wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal of grooves with cement mortar 1 : 3 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC tile of size 300x300x25mm laid over APP membrane over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specfied and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (WPC) conforming to relevant IS

Dismantling of old S.W. pipes 150mm diameter including breaking of joints and bed concrete and disposal of unserviceable materials complete all as specifed and as directed.

Excavating trenches in all kind of soil of required minimum width as per SSR for pipes, cables, etc exceeding 80 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning filling the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed complete all as specified.
