EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of valve chamber/pit with brick massonary in cement mortar (1:6) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) of size 900mm*900mm*900mm in foundation internal surfaces plastering, 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) PCC (1:2:4) type BO (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping mild steel angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6mm & MS sheet cover 1.6 mm including locking arrangment, painting with all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting CI pipes 80mm in position for insertion and including provision of Tee branches etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for 80 mm dia pipe line complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and fixing garden light/path ways LED Bollard-IRIS post top lantern LED type 9 watt 230 watt volts made with aluminium extrusion for sturdiness and better finish UV stabilized injection molded opal polycarbonate diffuser for spot-free lighting and IP 65 degree of protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply & installation of maintenance free chemical earthing of encapsulated compound based CPRI tested and maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded(zinc/alloy coated,80-100 microns, chemical earthing system conforming IS 3034 ASEEL-39/ASEEL.The outer and inner pipe dia80mm and 50mm and length 3000mm, should be alloy coating of 300 mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminals with copper strip. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with crystalline conductive compound. The compact fill compound which is machine passed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits /excavation of 200 mm dia bore and refilling the same by Back Filled compound(Ground Enhancer),the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain any environmentally hazardous material/metal. having certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth should be provided with the masonry enclosures with FRPP pit cover should be flushed with ground level for protection and safe guard of terminals complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than less than 01 Ohm on testing after completion and test result to be submit to AGE E/M office. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

SPECIAL ITEM OF WORK

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing at site Gate of 4 Mtr wide & 1.8 Mtr high Galvanized Square/rectangular Pipes of suitable size including providing Aldrop of stainless Steel 2 Nos, Capsule Hinges 6 Nos, MS Monkey bolts 2 Nos and also painting the entire gate with epoxy paint two coats over primer all as specified. The frame to be made of 18 Gauze GI square pipe 3" wide and guard bars to be of 1.25" wide GI Square pipes
