Construction of Budhipadar Anirudhha Barik house to lB river bidge under MMSY TRIP in the Dist. of Jharsuguda for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead as per Technical Specification Clause 202 of MoRD by manual means & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within 5km lead, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting / excavation of foundation of CD sturctures, retaining walls, drain etc. by mechanical means graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 & MORD clause 301.5 as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close grade granular sub-base grading-III material as per table-100-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)(A/R-2006 page-160 item No-39).

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page -175 item - 47

Fine dressing and turfing with one extra lead of 50m and 1.5m one extra lift as per Sepification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement (M30) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, Tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the emb.

Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Rough stone Dry Packing in approns & rivetments using HBG stone of approved quality including cost conveyance, royality, taxes etc. complete.

Providing & laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with 40mm metal providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700 of MoRD as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical Citizens information board including maintenance board as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 50 X 5 mm thick, back plate duly welded with 75mm dia steel tubes back on edges as per drawings. The lower & upper plate will be welded with MS flat iron frame of 50mm x 5mm. The steel tubes duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Providing and fixing of reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2
