Up-gradation of Sarol Masroond Pukhri Road km 0/000 to 34/500 Improvement, C/o Passing Places, Missing CD, Side Drain, Parapets, Pavement and Tarring work under PMGSY Package No.HP-02-02

Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 9061.98 cubic metre quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only ( at the rate of rupees three hundred ) only of per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor’s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimetree) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Back filling behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. Complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1203 and 1604 as per section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing, laying and spreading soil on a prepared sub-grade, pulverising, adding the designed quantity of cement to the spread soil, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base as per Technical Specification Clause 404 complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 303 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre ) below the sub grade level, watered, graded with motor grade and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specifications section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits within all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) kN static roller to meet requirements of table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 303 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Construction of gravel / soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded materials of nominal maximum size 80 mm ( eighty millimeter) as per table 2.3 of IRC –SP-77-2008 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachment and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty -one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD Technical Specifications clause 402 and as contained in para 2.2 of IRC- SP-77 -2008 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax,or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-"B" of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cubic metre (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding materials at the rate of 0.06 Cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II 63 to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) size 75mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mannual means including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MORD Technical Specification Clause 406 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimetre ) compacted thickness, graded, broken /crushed stone aggregate, for Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty threemillimetre to twenty two point four millimetre ) nominal size to water bound Macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening ,type-B, 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre ) at the rate of 0.18 (Zero point one eight) cubic meter per 10 square metre(ten square metre) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density Grading-III as per MORD technical specifications clause- 405 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) with Nano technology -Tera prime on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer SS-I emulsion at the rate of 0.85 kg (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two part of water mixed with nano terra prime emulsion at the rate of 1 % of weight of material of emulsion complete, as per MORD technical specifications clause 502 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) with Nano technology on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.275Kg. (Zero decimal two seven five Kilogram) per Square meter using one part of bitumen emulsion RS-I and two part of water mixed with 1.4 % ( one point four percent) nano tack emulsion of weight of emulsion complete on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms/ complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 503 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) with Nano technology using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275Kg. (Zero decimal two seven five Kilogram) per Square meter using one part of bitumen emulsion RS-I and two part of water mixed with 1.4 % ( one decimal four percent) Nano tack emulsion of weight of emulsion complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 503 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, VG-10 at the rate of 3.30% ( three point three percent) of mix with Nano technology @ 0.1 % ( zero point one percent) of weight of bitument transported to site upto a laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 504 or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and laying semi dense/bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 at the rate of 5 % ( five percent) of mix and filler with VG-10 nano technology transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all leads as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4 as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (M-Thirty Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 1 4days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501 as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cold plastic road marking paint of approved manufacture 2.5 mm ( two decimal five milimetre) thick with reflectorising glass beeds at the rate of 250 (two hundred fifty) gram per square metre area , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per specification and with strips of 0.10 ( zero decimal one) metre with in centre line or edge line of the road as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and Laying heavy duty pre-cast cement concrete Interlocking Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm(eighty millimetre) as per drawings and Technical Specification section 1500 within all leads and lifts as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge . The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from strains and hole. The rate including octroi, royality, ,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimetre) diametre poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 709, 1206.6 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( One cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size ground in or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera as per drawings and HPPWD/MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete Grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimetre (forty millimetre nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures and the like Parapets and wing walls etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrte complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section800,900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M-fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275kg (two hundred seventy five kilogramme) per cubic metre in or under water including curing complete pumping or bailing out water de-watering removal of slush as required at site, which may arises at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including cost of form work in Sub Structure i.e abutment toe wall etc. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and laying rubble stones flooring laid in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement: three sand) over and inclusive of cost of cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications for Rural Roads clause 1303 including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other icidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other icidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of boulder apron gabion wall laid in wire crates with 4mm(four millimetre) dia G.I. wire( Galvanized iron wire) confirming to IS: 280 (IS: two hundred eighty) and IS: 4836 (IS: four thousand eight hundred thirty six) in 100mmx100mm(one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1301 and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including the carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete of nominal mix 1:1½:3 ( one cement: one & hand sand: three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm(twenty millimetre) noninal size) mix design to obtain the minimum compressive strength of grade M-25 (twenty five) in superstructure as per drawings and MORD technical specification of Rural Roads clause 800 ,900 and 1400.1 including the cost of form work in deck slab , wheel guard and curing complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads,lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including cotroi,royality,Malkana,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Governemnt excluding GST.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimetres into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (Two Nos.) 75mmx75mm (seventy five millimeter into seventy five millimeters) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 ( M fifteen) grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm ( four hundred fifty millimeters into four hundred fifty millimeters into six hundred millimeters), 600mm ( six hundred millimeters) below ground level. Providing and Fixing pavement marker (Cat eyes) made out of ABC 3 M (three) plastic of size 128x110x29.5 mm ( one hundred twenty eight into one hundred ten into twenty nine decimal five millimetres) without nail having 50mm ( fifty millimetres) stem of ABS. The pavement marker shall be installed with epoxy ABS including carriage of materials and equipment with all mode of transportation and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing road side delineator of height 600mm made of MS pipe of size 50mm of 1.6 SWG having High intensity micro prismatic reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM type-XI upto 300mm length Balance 300mm It shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of alternate colour black & white strips. It shall be fixed with 30 x 30 x 30cm block with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size complete in all respect The work shall be executed as per the direction of the Engineer- Incharge. Collection of hardwood cutting from appropriate approved species from sources with in 1 Km. Of the road, inclunding trimming the stems and making the cutting and transporting while wrapped in damp material or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Planting unrooted hardwood cuttings (2.0 m (two metre) in length and 3.0 to 8.0 cm (three to eight centimetre) in diameter) of appropriate approved species on slopes, including final preparation of cuttings, preparing lines, digging trenches to specified dimensions and forming fascines as per MORD technical specification clause 1612 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Road side tree planting containerzed tree and shurbs including potting, transplanting, compacting and mulching on slopes 30 (thirty) degree to 60 (sixty ) degree pits sizes 30cm.
