GMP or ISO or CE Certificate in a valid format whichever is applicable

Valid MSME CERTIFICATE if applicable

Import license Valid Import License issued by Competent Authority (for Imported Items only) and copy of authorization letter from the original manufacturer from the country of origin. Also furnish document regarding service and training centers located in India and list of service engineers based in Karnataka

Brochure /catalogue for items in Section IV of this tender document

Details of manufacturing Unit and production capacity duly signed by concerned authorized signatory (ANNEXURE II)

List of items quoted by the bidder (Annexure-IV)
