INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F Telephone socket RJ-11, single phase, complete all as specified and directed.

Design supply, install, testing and commissioning 13 passenger lift (884Kg), speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50 Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G+03 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency Drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infrared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without handset (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near ground floor landing door),one fireman switch at GF complete with LED concealed lights in ceiling of car all as specified & directed.The following items shall be provided in the lift and cost thereof shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted price. NOTE:- 1.Floor of lift shall be of grey or black granite or marble as directed by GE. 2. A recessed fan in the ceiling with metal diffuser. 3. (B) Alternator Alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 75 KVA at 1500 rpm, 50 Hz, 415 volts at NTP 0.8 power factor 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz, self excited & regulated, copper wound, coupled to prime mover , screen protected drip proof free from simulatenous problems continuous rating conforming to BS 2613 complete with automatic voltage regulator regulated between +/- 1% or set voltage from no load to full load and conforming to IS-13364. (C) Fuel tank of suitable size as per manufacturers design powder coated with inlet and outlet connection and fuel level indicator. (D) Base frame made out of suitable channel duly reinforced and provided with adequate numbers of anti vibration pads to ensure minimum vibration as recommended by manufacturer including provision of PCC foundation above ground level as per manufacturer’s drawing/instructions. ( E) Batteries maintenance free of suitable size and numbers as per recommendations of manufacturer along with the connecting leads and battery stand. (F) Acoustic enclosure with natural air circulation without loss of any power for ventilatin fan. The enclosure shall be modular in costruction with hinge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply,fixing & Laying Ductile iron Pressure pipes 150 mm bore with socket & spigot end class K-9 conforming to IS 8329/2000 suitable for (push on), including rubber gasket joint with inside cement morter lining and out side zinc coating with finished layer of synthetic resin(Blue Epoxy) including fittings such as Tees, bends, elbows etc, in any length and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Design, manufacturing, supplying and installation in correct aligned position making proper connecting testing and commissiong of energy meter panel for accomodation for 07 nos meter suitable for 415V, 4 wire 50 Hz in distribution system. Taking down flushing cistern and flush pipe of any description/capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wash basins vitreous china of any size including brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable bib taps of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable stop/angle valve of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of the old perished Meter Board & DBs,MCBs any type by necessary cutting, chasses including disconnection of incoming and out going cable etc compete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable service connection / cable of any size from pole/main switch board complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully earthing set complete of any type including earthing wire/strip complete all as specified and directed.

ARBORICULTURE

Supplying and planting below mentioned best quality grown trees of 8-10 ft height plants at site including transportation of plants, pit digging 0.9mX0.9mX0.9m in ordinary soil, including HEDGE around trees and refilling the same with excavated soil mixed with manure, fertilizers and chemicals as may require and removal of remaining soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specifieed and directed.
