Supplying and fixing of 110mm Dia PVC Rainwater pipe of 4 Kg/Sq.cm as per IS 13952 of best approved quality including the cost of necessary specials and rubber lubricant T.W.plugs and CI clamps etc. and packing the joints with rubber lubricant and fixing them into walls with wooden clamps and chiseling the walls wherever necessary and making good of dismantled wall portion etc., complete in all respects and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Removing the damaged ceiling plastering and redoing the new Ceiling plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of sand) 10mm thick for bottom of roof, stair, waist, landing and sunshades in all floors finished with neat cement including hacking the areas, providing band cornice, scaffolding, curing etc., complete in all respects and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Removing the damaged tiles and Finishing the Top of roof slab with one course of hydraulically pressed tile of approved superior quality of size 230mm x 230mx20mm thick laid over weathering course in cement mortar 1:3 ( One of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick, mixed with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement used and pointed neatly with the same cement mortar mixed with water proofing compound including curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (Note: Tiles to be got approved by the EE before use )

White washing three coats using best shell lime slaked and screemed including cost of lime, gum, blue, brushes, including scaffolding etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Removing the damaged plastered surface and redoing the Plastering with cement mortar 1:5(one of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including providing band cornice celing cornice, curing etc, complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the outer old walls with Two coat of approved cement paint sonowcem (or) supercem over one coat of primer including cost ofcement paint and brushes, scaffolding charges etc complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling of existing old damaged Inspection chamber and Construction of Inspection chamber of Size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm with brick jelly concrete 1:8:16 (one of cement eight of sand and sixteen of hard broken jelly ) using 40mm gauge broken brickjelly 15cm thick for foundation and 23cm thick brick masonry in C.M. 1:5 ( One of cement and five of sand) using Second class chamber burnt round mould bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( One of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick on both sides top and bottom including earth work excavation, RCC 1:2:4 ( One of cement two of sand and four of 20mm gauge hard broken stone) 5cm thick precast cover slab, including the cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills but including benching chanelling fixing cover slab in position curing finishing etc., complete in all respects.

Removing the existing damaged U-shaped masnory and reconstruction of U-shaped masnory of size 15cm x 15cm over a bed of CC1:8:16 using 40mm size to 100 mm thick and brick partition wall of 115 mm tk in cement mortor 1:4 using II nd class ground moulded bricks of size 9"x41/2"x3" and finished with cement mortor 1:5 12mm thick of drain to proper consolidation etc,complete in all respect and as directed by the deparmental officers.
