Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns) including non woven Goe Textile mesh of 40/50 gsm with overlap of 50mm in both direction when the surface is still tacky. M&L factory made precast PCC solid block (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of size 300mmx150mmx150mm setting in cm (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 30 cm deep and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250 m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level of n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all complete all as directed.

M&L for soling 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled , surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor and finish surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80mm thick Machine pressed factory made precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with using grey cement and pigment of Grade M-40 of any size & shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 as directed such as I-shape, Uni, Octagonal, Three-X, Dumble, Zig Zag etc. laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller Exc. 8 tonne and n. exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft/disintigrated rock or (similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long and diameter of neck 12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation, commissioning and testing factory made and tested (including CPRI certified) LT panel box (KIOSK) out door type platform mounted suitable for 415 volt , 3 phase, 4 wire , 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet outer & inner 2.0 mm thick and individual compartment for MCCB/MCB & volt/Amps meter and 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron for stand. The necessary electric connection of MCCB above including 63 amp should be carried out copper bus bar and below 63 amp should be carried out from 16 sqmm single core copper cable.
