Dismantling carefully the existing /Brick work / stone masonary /PCC /RCC along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. depositing the serviceable material at departmental store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base/ floor/ plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Cutting bituminous road surfaces and reinstating the same with serviceable matetrial and PCC including scrapping wherever required including disposal of unserviceable materials at identified places within Colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(PCC shall be paid separetly under relevant item)

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork 230 mm thick using bricks as specified using readymix cement mortar 1:4 in including curing, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints, simultaneously flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, curing, 110mm dia Weep holes of SN8 Quality UPVC pipes at etc. complete all as per specifications, directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Raised and cut pointing to stone work with readymix cement mortar 1:4, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified below including curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing PVC SWR Pipe 100 mm ø for weep hole in drain / nullah walls as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

a) M-30 For all type of Structural / RCC Elements

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities substructure. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc.complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation plinth at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shallonly be measured for payment and stop boards forconstruction joints will not be measured forpayment). b) The rate of form work shall include all type of structural / RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces).

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (NOTE:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment).

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.

Cement plastering 20 mm thick using in Readymix CM 1:4 using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd.or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per and applied over stone wall or brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification, including scaffolding and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing structural steel M. S. Angle, M. S. Chanel, M. S. Flat etc for fencing/grating at all levels and location as per existing design and pattern including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding , erecting and fixing in position, including necessary scaffolding including painting whole angle with two coat of Epoxy paint of approved shade and on coat of approved epoxy primer etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective (Glossy/ Smooth finish ) interlocking paver blocks of approved make & Bruce/ Colorado shape of (M/S.Super tile or other approved Equivalent), approved colour, shade, size, shape paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-35. including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 80 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective (Smooth finish) interlocking paver blocks of approved make (M/S.Super tile or Equivalent) approved colour, shade, size, shape glossy paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-40 including supplying & laying 50 min thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceable materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony, including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for removing and relaying existing 60/80mm interlocking paver blocks/ Shabad tile including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with th surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made kerb stones full bull nose /half battered from approved manufacturers like M/s Super Tiles or other approved equivalent , made up of cement concrete grade not less than M-30 and having size 500 X 325 X 125 mm / 500 X 250 X 125 , of approved including removing the existing kerb stone stacking at designated place by EIC, necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:3:6 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Labour charges for removing existing Kerb stones and raising the bottom level by PCC 1:3:6 andrefixing the Kerb stones into line and level, jointingwith cement mortar 1:3, curing &including painting etc complete all asas directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing colored paving chequered cement tiles of approved Shot blasted finish top surface of 30mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm of M/s.Super Tiles(Super precast and Infrastructure) or equivalent approved manufacturers as per approved design,pattern,shade for flooring and dado/skirting laid over concrete parking or footpath in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 bedding and jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade including filling the joints and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing in position G.I. chain link fencing 8 guage mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm to the M.S. post on the top of compound wall including nuts, washers, and 6 mm dia fixing rods, including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved metal primer etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, erecting & fixing in position 12 gauge G.I. concertina wire fencing to existing barbed wire fencing /masonry wall work which consist of procuring G.I. concertina of approved quality, brand and of diameter as indicated below, erecting and fixing the same to top /side of ‘Y’ shaped angle provided over coping of compound wall, fixing concertina over ground along inside of compound wall including welding / screwing concertina to M.S. ‘Y’ angle to compound wall including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

a) 600mm dia GI concertina to side / top of ‘Y’ shaped barbed wire fencing.

Supplying and fixing in position, 2 ply, 12 gauge, 4 spikes at 100 mm c/c G.I. barbed wire to M.S. angles / RCC wooden posts including supplying and fixing necessary ‘J’ hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples as required etc. including scafolding etc. complete all as per Engineer-In-charge direction.

Supplying, laying and formation of water bound macadam (WBM) subbase with 90-40 mm single stone aggregate, stones screenings 12.5 mm in single/ Two layers of 150 mm thick laid loose and consolidated to 115 mm thickness including breaking stone if required,screening, sorting, spreading to regular line, leveltemplate and supplying and binding with murrum,watering, consolidating each layer properly with 8 to 10tonnes power roller including cost of all materials,labour, finishing to proper gradients, camber etc.complete all as per speciications and as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.

Supplying 50 mm I.R.C. hard trap stone metal in stacks at site of work for premeasurement material to be filled backside of retaining wall as specified in drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and comapcting Factorymade Wet Mix macadam using 50mm I.R.C. hard trapmetal & blended with 25% lime including premixing ofmaterial with water in mixing plant for Wet mixmacadam, carraiage of mixed material by tipers to siteand sprading mechanically and compacting it by 8 to 10ton power roller, watering all etc. complete all as directedby the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid 38 mm average consolidated thickness premixed bituminous macadamover existing surface including filling pot holes and roadcuts using approved graded I.R.C. metal 32 mm down 3.7% to 4.7 % bituminous of grade 60/70 including theW.B.M. road by removing loose material from potholesand existing road surface with wire brushing, broomingand mechanical spreading, machine laying, bituminouscourse to correct line and grade, camber etc. completecompacting thoroughly with 10/12 Tone power rollerincluding applying a tack coat of bitumen 60/70 grade @7.5 kg./10 Sq.M. specifications all as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid premixed bituminous seal coat of 12 mm consolidated thicknessover asphalt macadam as wearing course on roadsurfaces using 7.5% bituminous grade 60/70 includingmachine mixing, laying by mechanical spreadingmachine and compacting thoroughly by 10/12 Tonepower roller etc. to correct level and line, grade, camberapplying a tack coat of bitumen 60/70 grade @ 7.5Kg./10 Sq.M. etc. complete all as per specifications andas directed by the EIC.

Painting the lane marking strips 2.5 mm thick on asphalted / concrete road surfaces , mechanically with Retroreflective thermoplastic road marking of approved shade of THERMOLINE of M/s. Asian Paints ltd. Or approved equivalent confirming to BS 3262 PART 1 / 1989 or latest version, including heating the raw material to 180 -200 degree Celsius in the pre heater with adequate agitation till it becomes homogenised liquid for painting , including cleaning painting on pedestrian crossing, speed breakers etc including providing all safety measures like barricading the roads, dividers etc complete all as per specification of the manufacturers and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing and refixing of RCC/CI/SFRC/MS chamber cover of verious size i.e.1200X900,900X600, 400X400mm after raising of chamber height including breaking, dismatling cement concetre and making the same, finishing with cement neat finish etc. all Complete as directed by the EIC.(Brickwork, Plaster and Cement concrete 1:2:4 will be paid in relevant Item)

Painting the Kerb stones of both existing and new ones in pattern with two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of approved primer including preparing the surface by brushing manually/washing with water jets wherever required and complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of appropriate primer of approved shade over Concrete surface ( Kerb stone, Plastered surface,) / Steel surface ( railing, steel structures etc.) including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning with waterjet, wire brush manually etc. all complete as per complete specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating as per approved painting shade and pattern of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.

a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces/ RRM walls/stone pitching area

Providing and laying stone pitching 230 mm thick using spotless stones including preparation of surfaces, cutting,leveling and dressing the undulations, setting the stones to proper slopes etc. including grouting the joints in stone pitching with CM 1:3 and pointing the surface with same mortar etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in proporation of 1:2 laying to the levels, slope and as per the drawing and specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including testing of joints etc. complete.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished granite stone/marble stone as mentioned followings for wall topping, dado, wall cladding, flooring etc. and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required and depositing serviceable material to dept store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

a) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish for for flooring and horizontal surface laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including required round moulding, grove marking & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

b) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish for counter/dado/ skirting /cladding /staircase riser with stone slabs of various size in pattern including 12 mm thick 1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding for fixing etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

a) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda Green Marble stone for flooring and horizontal surface laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including required round moulding, grove marking & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

Cutting, Levelling, dressing and Disposal of debris such as excess earth/ boulders/debris etc required for clearing the roads/footpath/parking areas etc as per requirement and disposing of above debris within Anushaktinagar at the designated place as identified by EIC including loading manualy or mechanically and transportation, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: 1) Voids @30% shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements. 2) Measurements will be taken as per Truck body. 3) Debris which cannot be loaded by JCB, has to be collected, lifted and loaded manually. 4) After removal of debris, the agency shall ensure proper leveling of surface.

Providing and spreading manually red garden soil free from stones, pebbles etc.at site on dress soil , wateing to settle the red soils,, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications. (Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red garden soil without deduction of any voids. )

Providing assistance to the departmetal technician for complaints of various nature on working days/holidays/ beyond office hours viz., etc in verious locations including necessary tools and manpower , loading and unloading etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1) Contractor shall arrange to provide the sarvice on Saturday, Sunday and other Holidays in case of energency as required by Engineer-In-Charge, Failing which penal recovery shall be made at the rate Rs.200/ Day, Subjected to maximum Rs. 1000/- decision of Engineer-In-Chrage shall be final.

Providing and fixing stainless steel for sign boards / structural steel / staircase hand rail with 2mm thick perforated stainless sheet panels using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sectiones as required for hand rail/grab rail /structural steel work with brushed finished/satin matt finished at stair case & lobby / passage and other locations as required, at all floors & levels conforming to SS-304 grade of steel and Relevant schedule, as per pattern & design shown in drawing / directed by Arch., EIC including necessary S.S bend, tees,brackets, base/cover plate and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc welding/nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs/anchor fasteners ,making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastages etc. as per specifications drawings,including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Shon Ceramics or approved equivalent of approved colour, shade, pattern and texture with 12 mm thick C:M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing plaster including cutting, wastage, jointed with cement slurry, pointing with white cement having matching shade pigment, finishing in correct level, line, slope, plumb, cleaning, curing and including removing old / existing dado/skirting with backing plaster etc and disposal of debris outside anushakti nagar colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

(a) 20 X 20 / 25 X25 / 10 X 10 mm or as specified size tiles in single shade

(b) 20 X 20 / 25 X25 / 10 X 10 mm or as per specified size tiles in design,pattern in multi colour in different proportions as per detailed sketch mural pattern.

Providing and fixing 25mm thick approvedquality Premoulded bitumen impregnated board confirming to IS 1838 as manufactured by M/s. Shalitex to sides of columns / beams / slabs etc. complete to correct line and level, cutting, positioning, supproting, scaffolding/ double staging if any at all heights and filling with approved sealing compound etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing Art sculpture as per specification made of FRP having size 1000 X 1000 X 1500 mm of approved color, shape, design, thickness, hollow/full body, and as per approved manufacturere specification etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.
