M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20m graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick rendering on roof surface including flashings and junction of parapets etc., finished even and smooth in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound @200ml per 50 kg of cement consumed or as per recommended ratio, after brushing cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new concrete/plastered surfaces and applying a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm and then apply a coat of 1.20 Kg/sqm with 85/25 industrial bitumen and laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of central core of 90 micron thick high molecular high density poly etheylene (HMHDPE) film protected on both sides with polymeric asphaltic mix.zthe polymeric asphaltic mix will be protected on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film and applying a tack coat of 85/25 industrial bitumen @ 1.2 Kg per sqm and finish the surfaces with aluminum paint at top @ 0.2 Kg/sqm as per manufacturer's instructions. The weight of membrane shall not be less than 3.0 Kg /Sqm unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75 mm & 100mm as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and clearing vegetation, debries from roof top, chajja etc. and disposal of the same to a distance n.exc 100 metre complete all as specified and directed.
