Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNDSS No.23,24 ).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate Crushed Stone Sand and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNDSS No.28).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits includingfor plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix (One part of Cement, Two part of Fine Aggregate and Four part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 6 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Picking the existing surface 3 to 5 cm deep removal of picked up staff to the side berms and using the useful metal to the road hand packing to camber sectioning levelling etc.,complete as per including labour charges for picking and other tools and plants etc., complete as per standard specifications. 404 of MORTH

Providing and laying WMM (Wet Mix Macadam) of specified on the prepared sub base with graded stone aggregate and granular material of quality size and grading pasting in layor with motor grader and compaction with vibratory rollers of 80-100 KN static weight and fine dressing for required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing equipments equipments safety measures testing and incidents necessary to complete the work as per MORTH 406

Providing and laying Prime Coat over the Wet Mix Macadam surface using 7 Kg of SS1 Grade Emulsion bitumen for 10 Sq.m including cost of Emulsion bitumen which will be supplied by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition including cost and conveyance to site handling charges including labour charges for brushing,cleaning and preparing the surface for Applyinging the tack coat and labour for applying and required quantity of bitumen binder as tack coat by bitumen sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights flags etc., completed Complying with Standard Specification as per Clause 503 MORTH Specification.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over the Wet Mix Macadam surface using 2.50 Kg of RS1 Grade Emulsion bitumen for 10 Sq.m including cost of Emulsion bitumen which will be supplied by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition including cost and conveyance to site handling charges including labour charges for brushing,cleaning and preparing the surface for Applyinging the tack coat and labour for applying and required quantity of bitumen binder as tack coat by bitumen sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights flags etc., completed Complying with Standard Specification as per Clause 503 MORTH Specification.

Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of VG30 bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/ pneumapic roller to the required density etc., including labour for accending to pavor at sites etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen Boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher/9 m paver finisher,vibratory/ pneumapic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and below with 45.27 kgs of VG 30 /VG 40 bitumen and 5.07 Kg Plastic including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5Rev-5.

Collection,supply and filling of Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick including all cost and conveyance of Gravel from the approved quarry to the work site and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre measurement including labourcharges for spreading and all other incidental charges etc, complete complying as per clause 401 MORTH specification.

Providing and Laying of Hot Applied Thermo Plastic Compound 2.5 mm Thick Inculding Reflectorising Glass Beads @250 GmsPer Sqm area, Thickness of 2.5mm Exculsive of Surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC 35 The Funished Surface to be Level Uniform and Free From Streaks and Holes etc Complete .,
