New Distribution Transformer ( 63 KVA)

New Distribution Transformer ( 172 No.)

Excavation of Pole Pits:- Pit size : (450x450x1600) mm for 12 Mtr pole:

(i) In hard rock.

Erection and Grouting of Poles: The work comprises of erection of pole including base plate & grounting from the base upto a height of 150 mm above the ground level with a slope at the top along with a top cap (all the materials including boulder, stone chips & sand will be supplied by the contractor).Concrete prop 1:3:6.

b) 12. m long

Erection of stay set: The work of digging of stay pit ,grouting of stay set and fitting and fixing of stay wire to the pole wiyh clamp including fitting of guy insulator and all other associated work of stay including loading ,carrying,unloading,dragging etc.to site)

a) H.T.stay set

Earthing: Earthing of pole location with C.I pipe including digging of earth pit and filling the pit with charcoal,salt and earth as directed and making all necessary connection as directed.

(a )Double pole location.

Fitting and fixing of channel cross arm:

a) Single channel including fitting of insulators complete for 11 KV Line.

a) Double channel including fitting of insulators complete for 11 KV Line.

Paying out Stringing of conductor (A.C.S.R. and A.A.C. A.A.A.C) Paying out and stringing of conductor fixing with disc insulator string and over the pin insulator including binding and jumpering wherever necessary asper direction of board's supervisor.Safety measures is to be taken towards damage of conductor while paying out. A. For H.T Line

i) A.C.S.R.WEASEL Conductor.

Painting etc:- Painting of iron materials e.g. cross arm & bracing set etc . One coat of Red oxide paint & Two coats of Aluminium paint:-

i) Channel cross arm (any length upto 3.5 m)

Fitting and fixing of Danger plate as directed.

Fitting of anti -climbing device: Fitting and fixing of barbed wire for anti -climbing to the pole from a height of 1500 mm from the groung level to a height of 3000 mm

Installation of sub station :Pole Mounted Transformer Installation of all equiptments of sub station including dragging ( upto 250 m ), lifting & placing of transformer & its accessories from the road side to the transformer pad / location including fitting of DT Cubicle and all accessories , earth pits digging & fitting & fixing of earth pipes with all earth connections complete with filling of salt , charcoal, fitting of channels for D.O sets / L.A set & fitting & fixing of M.C.C.B, D.O sets , L.A , Gang switch , gang cum D.O etc . for transformer with all connection of HT side & LT side upto LT main switch/ busbar complete. i) Pole mounted Transformer
