M&L repair to potholes , n exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring, sunken surfaces in roads, paths, tc. Cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm VG-10, putting in premixed bituminous macadam using 4% binder paving bitumen VG 30 well rammed with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing mud, dust etc and sweeping with brooms, fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed..etc.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of Paving Bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient complete as in semi dense asphaltic concret mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver finisher well rammed with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing mud, dust etc and sweeping, fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG -10 complete on water bound macadam surfaces.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness more than 75mm) - Binder content - Paving bitumen 4% of weight of total mix mixed in hot mix plant using and laid by mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 2.00 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Note - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L in repairs for sand stone (Kerb stone to be of size 30cm x 45cm (Minimum) x 100mm thick including dressed so that the the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surfaces shall not exceed 6mm for top and 20mm for the rest of surfaces embedded in ground including all earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum / red bajri filling in,birmss, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering on existing berms with and including surface dressing of existing berms before moorum filling and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 50 M complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cats eye(Raised pavement marker series 290 Red/Yellow) made of polycarbonate moulded body with electronically welded micro prismatic lense on both side for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with Epoxy-resin based adhesive complete fixed in repair all as specified and directed. Make :- 3M (series 290)ABS Cat's eye 90x110x17mm or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs Solar cat eye road stud AD-Star of heavy duty body of polycarbonate aluminium road stud rectangular size 125x125x25mm, with 6 LED with stem . The sutds shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Model ROAD STAR GSR 909
