The intending Bidder should have satisfactorily executed the above said works as prime contractor in a single work order of value not less than Rs. 58.36 lakhs (exclusive of GST) in any thermal power station of 210MW capacity or above/reputed private organization in any one of the preceding FIVE Financial years. Work done value of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year, in which tenders are invited. The intending Bidder shall upload the work order and work done/work completion certificates as a documentary proof issued by the Competent Authority. On demand original shall be produced for verification. (In case of partner of earlier JV (Joint venture) participating in the tender, who has executed the work as mentioned above, the work done shall be considered based on the percentage share of the partner as per the earlier JV and the same shall not be less than as mentioned amount).
The bidder shall be a NABL Accredited lab in the field of solid fuel coal testing and should have experience in sampling of coal from moving belts, top wagon of the rake, raw coal feeders of mills, coal sample preparation & analysis in TPP or any reputed private organization using coal. NABL Accreditation certificate shall be submitted.
The Bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.233.45 lakhs (exclusive of GST) in any two of the preceding FIVE financial years. The intending Bidder shall upload the Profit and Loss statement duly certified by chartered accountant as a documentary proof. On demand original shall be produced for verification. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited.
