Conditions
The quantities in BOQ are tentative and may vary to any extent or deleted during execution as per actual approved lay out plan & site condition.
All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL.
In case any change in Bill of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor.
Labor Cess, Royalty and all other taxs will be the liability of the firm/contractor, only GST will be paid by the department.
The firm should observe the work site before participating in the tender.
All work will be done according to UPPWD/UPPTCL specification or as per direction by the Engineer Incharge.
During the work, the entire responsibility of protecting the human power (labor, mason etc.) appointed at the construction site will be of the firm/contractor and the entire responsibility of any untoward incident will be of the firm/contractor.
Old door and windows, shutter with chaukhat shall be recovered @ Rs. 70/- per sqmt+GST to firm/ contractor.
In case of dismantling of civil structure at site, 60% brick work shall be treated as fresh brick, 30% as brick bat and 10% as debirs. Fresh beick and brick bat shall be issued to contarctor/firm at prevailing/pertaining SOR.
The amount of scrape steel recoverd from dismaintling shall be issued to contarctor / firm at 1/3rd of rate in prevailing/pertaining SOR.
If tendered or quoted rates are below w.r.t. Departmental SOR then additional security/ performance guaranty shall be deposited by tenderer as per G.O. No.622/23-12-2012-02-audit-08.
