Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from existing conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete, fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets and DBs,MCBs,Sub main wiring etc) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc of exist point.

Point wiring with 1.5 sq mm, single core ,PVC insulated but unsheathed, FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS -694 marked, with multistandard copper conductors and earth continuity wire with similar 1.5 Sq mm cable (incl connecting to earth dolly) drawn through in existing concealed rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories existing concealed type in walls/ceilings and also incl chnage of new sunk type pressed steel terminal box and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers for the following all as per Engineer in charge: (a) One light /fan/bell point controlled by one nos, one way switch

(b ) One three pin 5 Amp socket outlet point on indep board controlled by one nos, one way switch on indep board

(c) One three pin 5 Amp socket outlet point on same board controlled by one nos, one way switch on same board

All as per item No 3.00 above but point wiring with 2.5 sq mm single core FRLS cables and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sq mm single core cable for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket out let point controlled by one nos, one way switch on indep bd.

Sub main wiring with under mentioned runs/size of single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable size with multi stranded copper conductors, 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked, with the specified runs/size of earth continuity conductor of similar type cable, all drawn-through rigid PVC conduit in existing concealed in walls/ceiling complete all as specified. (The under mentioned specified runs of single core cables and specified runs of earth continuity conductors and the relevant conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length). (a) Two runs of 6 Sq mm size main cable and one run of 6 Sq mm size earth continuity conductor

All as per item above 27.00 but cable drawn through Casing caping Complete.

Sub main wiring with under mentioned runs/size of single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable size with multi stranded copper conductors, 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked, with the specified runs/size of earth continuity conductor of similar type cable, all drawn-through PVC Casing caping complete all as specified. (The under mentioned specified runs of single core cables and specified runs of earth continuity conductors and the relevant casing Caping with accessories shall be measured as one run length). (a) Two runs of 4 Sq mm size main cable and one run of 4 Sq mm size earth continuity conductor

Supply and fix light fittings 20 Watt LED all purpose surgace and wall mounted LED batten with polycorbonate housing & integrated electronic driver with fixing arrangements including LED rod of 18 W complete all as specified and directed. Make - Havells, CG, Bajaj, Syska,or equivalent as approved by accepting officer.

Attending of complaints pertaining to faulty/Non-functional/working state of all accessories pertain to internal Electrification / through telephone or in person round the clock on detailment by MES Service centre for Offrs/JCOs/ORs Md/OTM Accn of Hisar Mil Stn by deploying electrician and locating and rectifying the fault from Elect Meter/DB onwards in respect of Sub Main /Point wiring including fixtures for power and light, socket, fan, bell point including security light fitted in bldgs etc complete and carrying out repairs to the extent of disconnection and dismantling of faulty wires, battens, conduits, boxes, Main switches, MCB, DBs, and other E/M faults pertaining to particulars equipment including providing wire upto 2.00 mtr and insulatiion tape required for the rectification of defect and refixing of existing dismantling serviceable articles. all as directed . (i) Scope of work shall include replacement of bulbs /tubes held by users which will be handed over the repairer if so required.

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness / seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.

(ii) Complaint pertaining to location and rectification of fault in more than one wiring point/sub main wiring/DB etc shall be considered as one complaint. Similarly complaint pertaining to replacement of minimum three fixtures in one BK/qtr/office/bldg involving movement of electricians will also be measured and paid as one complaint. Replacement of more than three fixtures but multiple of four fixtures or part there of in one Bk/qtr/office/bldg etc will be measured as additional complaint.

(iii) The complaint slip/job card shall be prepared round the clock by the MES Staff/ Supervisor and shall be handed over to contractor’s tradesmen. Complaint slip shall be got singed by user with name, number and rank and return the same to MES staff by same day. Complaints of emergent nature e.g no light, short circuiting and earth fault etc. shall be attended, round the clock. Other complaints can be attended during normal working hours.In case complaint has not been attended with in stipulated time frame as per its priority class, suitable recovery on this account shall be made on the rates as specified here-in-after.

(iv) Bldgs requiring major nature of work e.g rewiring of complete bldg or major portion shall be intimated to JE E/M and separate team shall be deployed for the work.

(v) Bldgs requiring rewiring of small qty of point wiring if ordered will be measured and paid separately.

(vi) Cost of work requiring replacement of other stores will be measured as supply only and paid separately.

(ix) Contractor shall provide the complain slip and containing 100 pages in triplicate properly binded and complaint book as per sample on requirement basis complete all as specified and directed.
