Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping for pole, cable duct and repair to PCC surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Disconnecting and taking out old LT cable from 95 Sqmm, any core and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm with suitable clamps made out of flat iron 50X6mm including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm with suitable clamps made out of flat iron 50X6mm including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified.

Renewal of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified.

Cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

Disconnecting the VCB outgoing 11 KV 400 Amps from the electric circuit taking out the trolley from the VCB and strip opening for the following repair/replacement:- (i) Disconnecting the electric motor AC single phase, gear assembly, vaccum bottle, , top support insulator, over load relay and depth fault relay, CT and PT and provide minor items required in VCB. (ii) Complete servicing of the VCB Assembling the trolley, setting the machanical system, electrical system greasing and testing complete. Note: Make of VCB - ITE Note 1:- Service will be carried out through service Engineer of manufacturer employee .No employee of authorised dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. Note 2:- The minor spare parts shall included in said item i.e. nuts & bolts, springs gromments , dust cover, ring of isotators, contact clips, pin for release prop, Ý'phase shround, over side strip pin etc. Major spare part shall be paid seperatly under relevant items of BOQ as "Supply Only).

Supply only vaccum bottle of same make as of VCB including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply only spring charging motor with gear assembly complete of same make including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply only digital electronic KV meter 0-12 KV with complete fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply only digital Ameter (0-200 Amps) electronic with complete fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply only indicating lamp (red/ green/ yellow) all as specified and directed.

Supply only 110 Volts, DC closing/ tripping coil for MK2 mechanism for 630 Amps VCB all as specified and directed. Make:- As of make of VCB.

Supply only accelerating spring for 400 Amps VCB all as specified and directed. Make:- As of make of VCB.

Supply only close spring assembly for 400 Amps VCB all as specified and directed. Make:- As of make of VCB.

Cable route indicator of PCC Block of size 300mmx 300mm,300mm thick made of PCC 1:3:6 , type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate)and embossing HT indicator amde out of of 2 mm thick mild steel round sheet , 200mm dia duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of LT/ HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 45 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15 cms above ground level and 15 cms below ground level. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work & excavation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm size (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply , installation, testing and commsioning of HT 12 KV SF-6 insluted metal enclosed outdoor type RMU with standard metering unit having digital display, 3 phase, 50 Cycle Rated STR : 12 KA/ 3 Sec, rated bus bar Current : 630 A, 3 Way ( 2Nos load break switches and 01 No of 630 Amp vacuum “T” Off circuit breaker) with self Powered (3 O/C & 1E/F) relays with in built 11 KV CT’s 03 Nos) having CT ratio 50/1 accuracy class 1.0 of metering and 5 P10 for protection purpose & 11 KV resin cast PT’s 03 Nos. The RMU unit should be designed, manufactured and tested according IEC 60694, IEC 62271-102, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-200, IEC 60265-1, IEC 60529. The ring main unit comprises the following :-

(a) Load break switch should have the following : - Manually operated 12 KV 630A, Load break switch and earthing switch with amking capacity. -“ Live Cable” LED indicators through Capacitor Voltage Driver mounted on the Bushing. -Mechanical ON/ OFF/ Earth indication. -Cable testing facility without disconnecting the cable terminals -Anti reflex operating handle. -Cable box suitable for cable termination of 1 No 3C x 95 Sqmm XLPE cable. -Cable door should be arc proof and interlock with respective earthing switches for safety of operation, it should not be possible to open the cable and the cable door unless the earth switch is ON.

(b) Circuit breaker should have following each circuit breaker :- -Manually operated 630 A VCN and earthing switch with amking capacity -Anti reflex operating handle. -Fault arc interruption should be in vacuum only. -Auxilary contract 2 No and 2NC - (-) 3 O/C + 1E/F self powered relay with low and high set of over current and earth fault. Relay should have facility to trip the breaker from remote commands without requiring shut trip could. Relay type J603 of ABB or equivalent. -Mechanical ON/ OFF/ Earth indication. -Cable box suitable of cable termination of 1 No 95Sqmm 3 Core XLPE cable.

(c) Metering :- (to be provided in separate chamber) -3 Phase digital volt meter for 0-12Kv-01 No. -Resin cast PT 01 Set of 3 Nos. -Multi function meter for measurement of VA<F KVA, Pf 01 No -RYB indicator -01 Set -Manometer is essential to check the healthiness of the unit -01No -FPI (Fault passage indicator)-1 Set

Notes:- 1. The RMU shall be tested as type test, routine test as per IS in presence of GE/ AGE(I)/ his rep. 2. The contractor shall submit QAP (Quality assurance programme) within 15 days after placement of order for RMU testing in factory. RMU shall be dispatched only after inspection clearance by inspecting officer. 3. The contractor shall get prior approval of AGE (I) for the make of the RMU they plan to procure. 4. Prior to manufacture, the general arrangement drawing design details of the RMU shall be got approval from AGE (I). 5. Commissioning test as required will be conducted at work site and inspected by rep deputed by the Accepting Officer. 6. PCC foundation as per manufacture’s instruction shall be deemed to be include in quoted rate.
