S&F Boilers of steam production capacity 350 Kg/hr at working pressure of 7.0 Kg/cm2 with all mounting and accessories, hot (insulated) and cold pipe lines connected to various laundary machines complete all as specified and directed. Make: Thermax or equivalent.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air compressor reciprocating type, horizontal model of tank capacity of 250L (Minimum) working pressure 12.5 kg/cm2 (minimum)” working pressure coupled with electric motor of suitable capacity 440 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz complet with Air receiver safety valve including copper cable connection from main panel to starter and starter to motor, DOL starter panel, PCC/RCC foundation, earth work and providing suitable size GI pipe medium grade from compressor to various laundary machines all as specified by manufacturer. Make: INGERSOLL RAND or equivalent.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix water softener plant of capacity 800 gallon/hr including suitable size vessel, 0.535 Kg or 0.0535 Cu M resin with considering ion-exchange capacity of resin of 10 kg/ Cum alongwith brine water solution tank of capacity 30 Ltr and other accessories complete . Note: The bidder shall test the water available at site and afterward prepare the design of softner plant as suitable for boiler/laundry plant. The above details are of minimun value to be calculated by dept.

Material & labour for erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Danger Notice Plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No. 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 16mm, size of Plate 230x230x6mm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Mild Steel Stay Clamps with Bolts, Nuts, etc., Loop Insulator, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

S&F Loop Type Insulator Vitreous White, Brown or Green, large size with overall dimensions 90x65mm, clearance of hole 16mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised stay strand of size 7/3.15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Formwork (as/if required) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for HT 11 KV, gang operated air-break switch, out door type suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete with drop out fuse of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp (Heavy Duty) complete with all fittings, suitable for 11 KV, 3 phase earthed distribution system ISI marked complete all as specified.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, 3 core but of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Material & labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Compact Secondary Substation (CSS), comprising of following sub- systems and meeting following specifications and parameters: - (a) Sheet steel housing with corrosion resistance and all side openable hinged door and lock and key arrangements. (b) Steel parts are tested as per IS 6988. (c) Engineered for smooth air flow for natural cooling. (d) No direct access to High voltage parts. (e) GI strip earthing for all LV and HV equipments as per laid down policy. (f) Separate earthing for lightening protection and lightening spike, etc. (g) Seperation steel sheet wall for VCB/Transformer/LT panel. (h) Heave lifting lugs with all equipments load. (j) Slopped roof. (k) Necessary denger plates outside of the CSS. (l) Necessary HT and LT cable/Earth strips opening. (xi) Transformer should have necessary terminal marking plates and rating plates.

Supply,laying testing and commissioning of LT UG XLPE sheathed PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip of Wire armoured Electric Power Cable heavy duty with stranded Aluminium Conductor 1100 Volt grade, ‘E’ Grade, cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm 3½ Core, laid in trenches/surface of Wall/in GI Pipe along with Pole for connection to OH Lines including Brass Cable Glands Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, etc. and Testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core to connect external lighting complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 18 cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc, nexc.1.5m high from base with moorum / Fly Ash, clinker and stone dust (1:3:6). Required earth shall be obtained as per GE's direction.

Removing excavated material/soil exc. 1.5 Km but n exc 5 Km mtr and depositing where directed .

Material & Labour for mixing of Fly ash, Clinker & stone dust in proportion of 1:3:6 ( i .e 10 % Fly ash, 30% Clinker and 60% Stone dust) laying , watering, ramming and compacting with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 20% and Dry density 97% placed at required camber and gradient complete as directed

M&L Hard core of broken stone or bolders of guage not exc 63 mm deposited speared and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed of 600mm bore of pipe (RCC hume pipe) including packing under and completelly surrounding pipe.

S&F Reinforcete pipes ,class NP2,laid and jointed complete with collors 600 mm bore

M&L for brickwork with Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size bricks

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M/L for preparation of new concrete/brick surface of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete.

Rolling and consilidating road formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including watering and consolidating to the required level, gradient as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for soling (or sub base) 200 mm thick laid in two layers of 100 mm thick each layer with broken boulder of quarried stone of size as per MORTH specifications, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller of capacity exc 8 tone not exc 12 tone complete all as specified and directed (Note Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for two layers, 100 mm each and measured as on composite layer of 200 mm after rolling)

M&L Bituminous Premix semi dence asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen VG-30 any penetration 5.5% minimum binder content by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver machine, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tone power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 over black top surface @ 5.0 kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical pressure sprayer

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surface and making good for road marking applying reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint (HOT APPLICATION) comforming to BIS 3262 laid down through modern propelled road marking machine in a layer of CRYSTALEX and use of all ingredients such as binder, glass, beads, titanium dioxide, clacium carbonate, interfiller thermoplastic required for glass beads per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Thermoplastic Road marking paint/Retro-Reflective paint - M/s Asian Apcomark, M/s STP or M/s Shalimar Paints Ltd or M/s Berger Paints Ltd, M/s Jhonson & Nicholson Paints Ltd or M/s Jotun India Pvt Ltd.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proof compound as per manufacturer instruction lete all as specified and as directed (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item).

Material & labour for RCC (1:2:4) type BI (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cement concrete for cover slab set in cement mortar (1:6) with necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .
