Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone wall/ decayed surfaces of concrete from roof projectiokn or RCC Chajjas etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4, by using liquid water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed. (WPC measured and paid separately)

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on internal surfaces of in cm 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cm 1:3 on ceiling/soffit, finished even and smooth without sing extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound liquid complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for RCC chajja/fascia/parapet repair by using following steps :- (a) Removal of existing concrete along with loose damaged and cracked concrete/cover concrete from chajjas etc, exposing corroded steel reinforcements upto a depth of 10mm minimum behind the reinforcement by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting to chipped concrete and reinforcement all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Hard concrete shall not be removed. However if the rebar is corroded, concrete around it shall be removed. (b) Cleaning the surface of reinforcement bars from dust by using wire brushes and dry cloth and applying FOSROC Rebakleens RR- Rust Remover or equivalent using small brush and allow to react it for 16-24 hrs. (c) Providing and applying two coats of Fosroc Nitozinc Primer - two component, zinc rich epoxy, anti-corrosive protective coating or equivalent by brushes to the exposed and cleaned rebars with an interval of 45minutes to 1 hour @ 40microns DFT / coat and allowed to completely dry for 24 hours all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for capillary rise treatment of walls as following :- Base coat: Berger HS Latex plus (or equivalent) Consumption base coat: 0.3 kg/m2 Second and Third coat: Latex sheild 2K (or equivalent) Consumption top coat: 3 kg/m2 System requirements: density: 2.00 kg/ltr Compressive strength: 0.5 N/mm2 Note :-The concerned items should be executed by OEM authorized applicator after signing of MOU (format attached as Appendix 'GH' on page no. 104 of tender documents as per Sch 'A' Note No 19 Page No 17).

Taking down chowkats or frames n. exc. 1.5 sqm each but with shutter without taking off shutters from the frame. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 sqm & n.exc. 4 sqm each but with shutter without taking off shutters from the frame. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pressed steel frame for door with one or more rebates including necessary lugs, fixing lugs hinges, lock strike plate etc. of size 105mm x 60 mm and made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet, complete all as specified and directed including necessary welding complete and including medium weight 03 Nos of MS butt hinges of size 75mm / 100mm / 125mm and 01 No 50mm Size of medium weight MS butt hinge complete all as specified and directed.
