Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damaged cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl raking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair/ other than fair faces of brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall with mixing WPC as per manufacturer's instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ as supply only.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including 3 mm thick coat of Birla/ JK wall Putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex from Asian Paint or equivalent make as specified) over and including one coat of primer on platered surfaces of brick or concrete after preparation of newly surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise described, including removing demolished material to a distance n exc 2.5 KM distance and depositing where as directed, complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone agg) as in roof kerb or mud stop and the like rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles in single layer including screed bed, segregation and stacking of serviceable tiles and removing the debries from site to a distance exc 250 M but not exc 500 M as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from concrete surfaces of roof including roof treatment such as APP membrane etc, if any, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in lavelling course to maintain true roof slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum), weighting 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over and including applying one coat of hot blown bitumin grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 litre per sqm surface, application of APP modified membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and including 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 here in before but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable tile obtained from item No 13 shall be reused in work.

M&L for flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of capacity 1000 litres (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top), double layer construction, ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position including light grade over flow pipe 450mm, waste pipe 600mm long with fitting etc. including of 20 mm dia, ball/ float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, 20mm bore minimum weight 210 gms including dismantling / taking out of old water tank of capacity of etc. 500 litres but not exc. 1000 & removing to where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of capacity 500 litres (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top), double layer construction, ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position with and including light grade over flow pipe 450mm, waste pipe 600mm long with fitting etc. including of 20 mm dia, ball/ float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, 20mm bore minimum weight 210 gms including dismantling / taking out of old water tank of capacity of etc. 250 litres but not exc. 500 & removing to where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of capacity exc 250 Litre but not exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair including cleaning of tank with making it disinfected and hoisting, reconnecting of tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work against this item includes making the connection of tank leak proof by replacing the damaged / rusted GI fittings.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of capacity exc 500 Litre but not exc 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair including cleaning of tank with making it disinfected and hoisting, reconnecting of tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work against this item includes making the connection of tank leak proof by replacing the damaged / rusted GI fittings.

S&F in repair gunmetal globe or gate valves, 20 mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipes or brass ferrule and fixed of 20 mm bore (minimum weight 210 Grams) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of following bore complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

Refixing old galvanised steel water tubing, with all new fittings and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling of following bore complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) 15 mm bore

S&F galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe), medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling of following bore complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) 15 mm bore

S&F in repair HPSC pre-prime non asbestos fiber cement building board (E-classic ) decorative finish fixed to aluminum or MS galvanised snap grid frame work with hold down clips in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
