A. THEMED INTERIOR & ART WORKS

Wall Panelling: Fabricating & fixing full height plywood panelling (overall thickness 62mm) consisting of 50mm x 25mm x 2mm GI sections approved Make framework with all necessary reinforcements required of GI, at spacing not exceeding 600mm x 1200 . Partition framework to be fixed to existing masonry walls. Rate to include providing and fixing of additional GI sections of approved size as per Architects drawings. Cost to include additional sections (horizontal & Vertical) as required for fixing of Digital Displays, Screens.,, Glass boards, and White boards as indicated by the Architect. Cost to also include the necessary provisions required to take Data & Electrical conduiting.

Boarding: Boarding with 12mm th Fire resistant pre laminated LDF Board LDF board

Cost to include an average projection of 600mm from true wall including creating slopes, curves in elevations as indicated in the drawings.

Cost to include providing of recess of upto 200 mm such as coves and niches, the shape shall be not measured seperately

Cost to include providing necessary BWP plywood backing up to 18mm for Digital displays as indicated in the drawing

Cost will be measured based on the board up area and not for frame works.

Fixed Furnitures: Providing and supply of custom built fixture with GI formwork made of 50 x 50mm section frame to base e. Frame spacing shall not exceed @ 600mm c/c one way and the framework cladded with first skin of 16mm thk ply. Or 19 mm block board for display cabinets The top skin shall be finished with laminate of approved shade and color, and/or matching lots, as per Architect's instructions,(if so required), on partitions, ceiling and paneling as per pattern and design as indicated on the drawings. Cost to be inclusive of All joint to be supported with frame or support members as specified by the Architect. Joints to be bonded with only "joint Adhesive provided by the approved dupont vendor"- as specified .Cost to be inclusive of any coving to be done for the panelling along the wall & ceiling and any stencil cutting as per architect's detail drawing.

Provision to be provided for lighting, electrical, data & AV wiring including conuting, equipment mounting etc., The contractor shall co-ordinate with other agencies to ensure seamless workflow including co-ordination with their services, finishes requrired etc., in correspondance with the project manager

Where ever applicable glass box will be constructed with 8mm th clear toughened glass fixed using UV glue / silicon carefully joined with in exemplinarry skill to perfect corners. The glass box will be placed on the podium with support from solid acrylic. Cost of light fixture excluded

ii) 3D Animation---Design, production and installation of creation of highly artistic 3D artwork. Design to enhance viewer attention and add meaning to the space, complete in all aspects and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.Approx.405 seconds

iii) Archival--Design, production and installation of recreation of historically accurate events, covering all aspects of the mentioned period important to agra culture and craft . Film should stitched together using appropriate archives, produced with generous 2D & 3D elements and motion graphics animation. Synced with narration, appropriate masking music and ambience, complete in all aspects and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.Approx.810 seconds

iii) Masking Music--Originally composed music, arranged synthetically, parts layered to create fuller sound, yet appropriate for masking. Well composed texture crafted by experienced team of composers.

(C)Other activities

i) Research--Complete and comprehensive research on the city , culture and craft of AGRA based on the advisory note, included in the tender. The work will include but not be limited to appointment of expert research team, travel, stay, food, meetings and consultation with subject experts, archival material identification, all consumables, printing, stationary, copies of films, drafts and preparation of a Content Document for submission to and approval by the Department and Architect in-charge approx.20 seconds per Exhibit
