M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces of area not exceeding 400 Sq.m and exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm depth including include raking over and grading the broken up surfaces to the proper camber etc. and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using Power Roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick [compacted thickness] Water Bound Macadam with coarse aggregate of Grading 2 [63 to 40mm size] spread, rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 03 above but except stone aggregate.

M & L for Preparing Top Surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 KG per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen of Grade VG – 10 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG -10) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm with paving bitumen.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with mechanical paver, mixed at hot mix plant transported to site in tipper,chipping mixed with 5.5% of paving binder (VG-30) viscosity grade incorporating waste @8% by weight of bitumen using dry process in accordence with IRC SP:98-2013, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Premixed Bituminous Macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber [consolidate thickness 75mm or less] using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30 as binder with 4% by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient upto outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job Mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specfied and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix concrete (using 20 mm graded stone aggretate) 150mm thick as in pavement slab including spreading, compacting to required gradient and camber complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' for 150 mm thick slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L finishing surface of concrete road, pavement by brooming complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying termoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimunm 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking in white/yellow (approved colours) colour & shade of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' termoplastic modern propelled road marking machine incl all ingredients such binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers termoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per table No. 800.4 of MORTH specification incl spraying glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Shalimark of STP Ltd or Kataline or Reliance as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S & F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
