Materials and Labour for, Digital glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7-8mm thick, conforming to IS 15622, Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados,skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on roof surface to maintained proper slope for laying APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for plastering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on ceiling surfaces) in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of concrete surface of chajja/beam/slab thoroughly abraded to remove all laitance, any trace of loose plaster, oil, grease, paints and any other materials are to be removed by wire brushing the surface. The entire surface shall then be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and then allowed to dry. Defective concrete surfaces cut back to a sound base by chipping and removed loose concrete. Smooth surfaces to achieve by chemically roughened up to 10 Mtr height including appling bond coat of epoxy bonding agent (Nito Bond) & cement in 1 : 1 ratio bonding old and new concrete on damaged surface and all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. .(The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

M&L for cleaning to expose corruded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab by wire brushing, emery paper or by mechanical means and to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit and washing complete and providing additional reinforcement TMT bars of approved make, cut to length by electro welding method and applying one coat of rust removing chemical along its full circumference up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. (Manufacturer name of chemical shall be : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASAF) The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

M&L for high built repair ready mix mortar or concrete to expose corroded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab with bonding agent as per manufactures instruction (Manufacturer : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASAF) proper compaction and finished to proper level upto a depth of 50mm with and including provision of formwork to the affected portion up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.(entire operation shall be done by the approved manufacturer or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in the unit rate)

M&L for fixing of MS nozzles @ 500 mm c/c of required depth and manufacturers instruction injecting non shrink cementitious grout admixture with cement slurry at the rate of per bag of cement as per manufacturer’s instructions. (Manufacturer : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASF) through the prefixed nozzles under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops, or when the grout flows out of the adjacent nozzle, pumping is stopped and the nozzle is tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours all as directed. (NOTE :-The MS nozzles shall be sealed off with a quick-setting waterproofing agent. Grouting operation is carried out through the next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes shall be finished by removing the nozzles and finishing flush with the surface up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed. The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians, properly dressed along with gum boots, to work as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
