This rate included repair and replacement of materials as and when required as per bill of materials and their testing and commissioning.

Annual Maintenance Contract of 200 KVA DG Set (make Kirloskar) including Chillear System & 2 nos. AMF Panel, day tank and associated pumps, pipe lines, cooling fan etc. power & control cable, accoustic enclosure, heat exchangers etc. complete including "B" checks every 3 months as per the manufacturer recommendation/ requirement.
